As I tried to introduce myself and start a discussion the noise in the background was so loud and distracting I couldn't even get a sentence out. I asked if I should call back later because of the noise and he said, No I'm just cleaning. When I told him that the noise was distracting he said, "okay bye", and hung up. That was rude and unprofessional. I will not be buying anything from them and my contractor is informed that I will not buy anything from them. Good job guys. My system is probably $50k-$100K modestly.

He ignored the facts I wrote to him explaining that his workers were lazy and stood around waiting for basic parts that should have been on the thier truck then billed me for their time.
