I asked if I should call back later because of the noise and he said, No I'm just cleaning. When I told him that the noise was distracting he said, "okay bye", and hung up. That was rude and unprofessional. I will not be buying anything from them and my contractor is informed that I will not buy anything from them. Good job guys. He was rude, dismissive, impatient, and acted as though helping customers was an inconvenience. I'm 60 years old, and I can honestly say this was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. No customer should be treated the way I was. A little courtesy and professionalism go a long way, and unfortunately, neither was present during my visit. I hope T-Mobile management addresses this issue because employees like this can drive loyal customers away. I will think twice before returning to this location and would encourage others to expect better customer service elsewhere.
