After the campfire, they put in a new installation as soon as we were able to get an office re-opened in Chico. A couple of weeks ago we moved back up onto the ridge in Paradise and their two technicians moved our new system along with us. I was astonished when they had to deal with our indecision and contemplation while trying to decide where phones would be located, that they never once showed any expression of frustration waiting for those decisions or even when we moved phones/extensions around after they had been placed! I was so thankful for their generous nature and their professionalism. This is an excellent company to work with!

I was the only person on the account and I was not able to access my settings because I was not the primary account holder. I have demanded that they set it straight several times to no avail. Now I have to take them to Arbitration because they think I should have to pay them for his account. On top of this, they never honored the original contract for a payoff to my former provider and I have given them the receipt three times. Dishonest, lazy and unconscionable service. So NO I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PROVIDER!

As I tried to introduce myself and start a discussion the noise in the background was so loud and distracting I couldn't even get a sentence out. I asked if I should call back later because of the noise and he said, No I'm just cleaning. When I told him that the noise was distracting he said, "okay bye", and hung up. That was rude and unprofessional. I will not be buying anything from them and my contractor is informed that I will not buy anything from them. Good job guys. My system is probably $50k-$100K modestly.
