We had a very fun time having the Photo Spot for our wedding. Kunaal was very easy to communicate to and got back quick with answers and clarified any confusions I had. They made sure the smallest of tweaks we wanted to our chosen photo strip template was perfect for us. We also made our own DIY additions to the background and Kunaal and his team were able to set it up for us during the event. It was very important to us that we did "welcome photos" and take pictures with most of our guests like any other Vietnamese/Chinese weddings for the guest to have and take home. We were concerned it would take up a lot of our time and keep the guests waiting but they were able to deliver and finish it all in about 30mins. They were timely, the pictures turned out great, and we had unlimited prints. An attendant was there to operate the booth. The Photo Spot was recommended to us when we booked with NC Event Designs. We worked with Kunaal and he provided wonderful service from beginning to end. He was very responsive, knowledgeable and had great attention to detail. Due to COVID, we had to switch to an outdoor venue and he was flexible and quick to accommodate. We changed to the open air photobooth and Kunaal had a list of organized questions for me. The one that stuck out to me the most was his concern about the sunlight peeking through the trees, but ensured he would bring plenty of lights so it doesn't affect the photos.
