In fact, it stood out so superior to our other considerations that to even think of pursuing her as our wedding photographer felt like a guilty luxury. But when we finished our lengthy exercise, every pro and con enumerated, inevitably it only could have ever been Wolfcrest. Now, our photos read like a story book. Poor communication and Matthew Rose did not fulfill agreement. I never received the 15 photos I…read morechose and no communication from the photographer. We recently had family photos done with Matthew Rose, and he was very communicative and accommodating at first, we took the pictures on a Monday and received the results on Wednesday with "R&R" watermark. I paid the invoice in full on the date of the photos and sent our 15 pictures we selected that week so we can get them back without the watermark. Unfortunately, it has been radio silence since then. I have called Matt, texted, and emailed numerous times. It has been several weeks of me following up trying to get our photos and there has been no communication. I am now trying to figure out how I can get my money back. I would not recommend Roses are Red Photography/Hartwood Photography or Matthew Rose.
