He took over an hour explaining every detail of the Periacetabular Osteotomy (PAO) (fellowship trained with Dr. Tim Schrader, Atlanta) surgery. Dr. Faust offered several options in his expert opinion and was transparent about the pros and cons of surgery. Even though I left his office in tears, I knew could trust Dr. Faust and his team for my bilateral PAOs. I returned to running a quarter marathon, a tough mudder in Europe and a triathlon without hip pain. I am grateful Dr. Faust is able to provide this specialty surgery in Louisiana. I have no regrets. The company that provides the food says the menu was suggested by the higher ups. It's a total waste. The people are always hungry. I literally had to purchase breakfast, lunch and dinner every day. It's a decent facility overall even the doctors offices however some people still seem as if they are finding their way. No real structure. I had numerous complaints about minute stuff. The day shift was good but that night shift would make you hurt them especially the CNAs. They would bust in the room and turn on all the lights just to dump garbage or write on the dry erase board at 4am. People are sleeping. I would say if you have someone to be treated there, stay with them. It's not bad but it could be better. House keeping rarely came but it is because there is only one house keeper and she had death in here family plus a broken foot during my husband's time there.

First of all, they use Express Scripts, which was fine, but due to some computer error my prescription was never sent to my pharmacy. No, because I'm sure they make a profit using the online system. What a hassle. Furthermore, I went in two times within a couple of weeks because I was presenting symptoms that were diagnosed as "sinus infection" and "upper respiratory issues." They failed to perform any tests, even after I expressed my concern that something else was wrong - the doctor just gave me a cortisone shot and steroids. When that did no good, I went back to my long time physician in Zachary, and immediately upon examination and a few tests, they told me I had a severe case of mono and my tonsils were in such bad shape they might have to be removed. This would have been devastating to me, as a professional vocalist! And to think, if it had been diagnosed WEEKS earlier at Bluebonnet Family Clinic, it wouldn't have gotten as bad as it did. Not only that, but I have two forms of insurance, and both were copied by the office to keep on file. MONTHS later, I get a bill saying I owe them hundreds of dollars because I had no insurance. REALLY?!?! Bottom line is - if you value your health and well-being, DO NOT go here. Go to Lake After Hours if you have to, but NOT HERE! They're more interested in making a buck off the newest technology and designer drugs than actually keeping their patients healthy.

I'm very satisfied with our decision because Chris, Heather and Lane are so nice and accommodating. Some days I come in feeling top of the world, others not so great. I went to him two years ago and he did wonders for my back. I got off all of my pain pills. But I had my burn it only lasted like a year and a half, so I went went back to the office and got scheduled for another burn on May 28, 2019. The Friday before I was scheduled to get my first shot, they called me and told me there was something wrong with my Medicare and I couldn't get it done that day that they would take care of it. Well today is August 6, 2019. I have called several times, they have called me back but they leave no message on who I need to talk to so I have to start over and leave them another message, And another message and another message. Like I said the doctor is good but the people that work for him treat patients like their drug heads and they treat them with disrespect. And if you get emotional because you're in such pain they hang up on you. I will see the doctor again but not with the people he has around him now! Bad customer service!!!
