I'm scheduled for a follow up surgery to repair what should have been done initially. I was consistently made to feel that my pain was manufactured by the PA Alyssa (who needs to practice a little empathy) and Staff and come to find out there is a confirmed issue that needs surgery. And the front desk is not very friendly. The doctors seem to be offering only surgery as an option, which I guess is understandable as that is what they are trained to do.
