Marie is the receptionist/biller, and she is always warm, friendly, and very enjoyable to speak with. She is very understanding and helpful when it comes scheduling, and she is always helpful in answering any questions. Finding a good chiropractor is always a chore - they only want to take insurance, they want to do a FULL physical (and charge an arm and a leg for it), and they want you on a plan, so they can charge accordingly. Luckily, there are chiropractors like Dr. Scheetz. He performed a reasonable physical for a reasonable (very reasonable, since he does need to know what condition you're in before he can accept you as a patient). I like weight lifting, and the heavier the better. But that puts a lot of strain on your body and spine. Many chiropractors have let me know my neck is one of the hardest they have had to adjust. (Not a great claim to fame, by the way) Dr Scheetz, had no problem getting me adjusted. The fee is very reasonable - comparable, or better, than others around. And he has other services as well. Glad I found him, and I'll be coming back, while I'm in the area.

Before beginning any treatments, Dr. Jessica was very thorough in her approach. She ordered blood work and helped develop a new diet plan tailored to my blood type. Con is no Saturday/Sunday appointments for massages at this location. Upon walking in the place was a bit of a construction zone and kind of cluttered...but...if the massage is good I can care less. April didn't ask what she should focus on and that was my first clue this would be a great massage. From what I've noticed a good massage therapist knows where to focus when they touch you and she knew where to focus. I like my massages deep with a lot of pressure. I work at a desk all day and Crossfit so I want my massages to get into those sore muscles. She hit points of my shoulders that were tight and my IT band. This might not be everyone's cup of tea, but she checked in on me, so if it hurts tell her and I'm sure she'll use less pressure. And the front desk is not very friendly. The doctors seem to be offering only surgery as an option, which I guess is understandable as that is what they are trained to do. However, it would have been good to offer physical therapy as a way to possibly resolve my issues before just jumping to not one, but two surgeries, and then only to say that because of the surgeries my arthritis is now much much worse. Not happy with the outcome.
