I was charged $500 for a piano regulation. After he left There were still 3 keys double striking. I could not get him back to fix it. Why would it be a priority since he had already been paid. My piano sounds worse after the regulation. In my opinion he is not an honest businessman. I would be wary of having dealings with him. read more

Neil Harris is an amazing Piano Tuner. He knows what he is doing and pays attention to every detail. He writes up a description of what he does and the problems encountered. He is affordable and travels all throughout Cache Valley and I'm sure many other places. He can usually get to you in a couple days once you call. We usually get our piano tuned every year but did not for three and it was very noticeable when we got it tuned. I love the sound so much better now that we got it tuned! He even tightens the nuts and screws on piano benches and music desk brackets. read more
