Each snow cone is made-to-order, so if the line gets long, there might be a bit of a wait, but they do their best to keep things moving. The first thing they ask is what sizes and how many snow cones you want, so they can get your order started while you pick a flavor. They offer an impressive number of flavors, from standards like strawberry and grape to surprises like daiquiri and papaya, though the taste definitely leans in the direction of "candy-ized" rather than "real fruit" flavors. You can order between one and three flavors. On default they seem to pour the syrups on separately -- a la Neapolitan ice cream -- but I've occasionally seen them mix it all together. They're very generous with the syrup; I've never run out of the flavoring only to be left with plain ice, but I often have a soup of melted ice and syrup at the bottom of my cup. If you have small children, it may be worth investing in one of the no-spill cups, because the ice is packed so precariously that even as an adult I'll lose a few bites to the pavement.
