Worst customer service ever I went to this location…read moreyesterday and grabbed a few items and when I got to the checkout area there were 4 lights on over 4 registers, 2 cashiers and 1 person standing behind the counter doing nothing. I understand that the lights over the register indicates that it is open for business, where were the cashiers and why did the one person that was standing there just turn the lights off if there were no cashiers. I went to put my items down to leave and she tried to tell me I had to wait. I just walked out. Now, I have been reading the reviews on google and yelp and there are a lot of the same comments being made over multiple years. Do they just not care why has nothing been done about it if that many people are complaining about the customer service then why not start by firing the hiring manager due to not being able to hire competent people.
