It's time for KM&A to go back to customer service 101 school…read more The firm took my case and my down payment, sat on my case - made several mistakes on details around my case and then 7-8 months after starting an investigation with the city of Pittsburgh sent me a letter letting me know they are dropping me as a client. Before you pay any money to this firm: ask for referrals, ensure KM&A can recite the basic details of your case without mistakes, and show enough legal knowledge to be an effective representative. I found them to be at times demeaning, lacked empathy - downplayed real challenge I faced as a result of my case. You're likely to figure out that you have much better options for legal representation; and will have a few more dollars in your bank account to show for it.
