We had already arranged our reception schedule and events to be fun and upbeat, so the photo booth was a perfect addition. We loved looking through the digital copies of the photos the next day while in our hotel room and love that we have photos of almost all of the guests. I recommend paying the extra for the high speed remote printers so that you can get more pictures done in less time. Totally worth the money and it was excellent customer service!

The guest had a blast with the GIFs, and it was a nice treat for us after the honeymoon to go through the file we received of them all and remember the night. We picked up and dropped off the set up ourselves, which gave us some extra time and was super easy to do, the whole thing fits in a normal sized car. Plus, we saved a couple hundred dollars over other booth options we had been looking at, and the guests certainly didn't notice. And the custom banner was awesome. Very worthwhile!

My wedding was originally in March 2019, when the pandemic hit and we had to postpone our wedding till a later date. I was extremely worried and had to email all my vendors hoping they would allow me to use their services at a later date. I was communicating with Dave, and he was SO pleasant and understanding to the situation. Phew! Fast forward to 2022, when we FINALLY had our wedding in April! The entire time I was in communication with Dave, who was just amazing and made everything so easy. I had chosen a three-hour rental with unlimited prints and custom backdrop with a physical album. At my wedding, the photo booth was a huge hit! Guests loved being silly and taking photos of memories that would last a lifetime. I got a ton of compliments too on the photobooth! The girl who was Pixster staff received a tip from me because she killed it at her job. I couldn't find the thumb drive after the wedding and was so sad I'd lost the pictures forever, but I emailed Pixster and they sent me the digitals (without a fee too, which was such a nice surprise). I HIGHLY recommend Pixster and DAVE, if you are reading this, you rock!!! Also the girl who worked my wedding too. They walked us through everything and provided a lot of helpful insight throughout the planning process. We had complete control and were well taken care of. Weeks before the wedding we had a FaceTime call with our DJ, Javin Harden, who was so helpful, provided documents regarding the playlist and stages of the event that were extremely helpful. We had a great experience working with him. The photo booth stopped working about halfway through the reception and stopped printing the pictures, but they assured us that the photos will be saved and sent directly to us following the event. Not ideal but it was a good compromise and better than nothing. Overall, we absolutely loved using Vox DJ's and would highly recommend them to anyone for weddings.

We spent months planning, had multiple consultations, and provided detailed documentation outlining the exact order of events and song selections especially picked for our ceremony. Unfortunately, the ceremony music was a disaster. The wrong songs were played at the wrong times, songs were repeated, cut off, and there were multiple moments of complete silence. My husband walked out to the wrong song, the bridal party music was never played, and there were several awkward pauses while our coordinator was texting DJ Will to try to get him to play the right song. I even had to wait to walk down the aisle because the correct song was not being played. This was one of the most important moments of our day, and it was completely ruined. my mood right before walking down the aisle was anger. After over a year of planning and trusting a professional vendor with such an important role, this level of disorganization and lack of execution was extremely disappointing. We did not receive the quality of service we paid for. Even after reaching out to Diego their account manager he ghosted me twice for a phone call that was scheduled to discuss what happened. From the Dj to their admin this was a terrible experience, I couldn't say anything positive. Don't have your wedding ruined or your money wasted.
