They worked with creating a border for each picture- I was having a Colombian themed party. There are so many things I want to say about this photo booth company. Firstly, I am so grateful that they were able to provide a booth last minute just a few days before my wedding (there was one left)! I had booked another photo booth, but they weren't responding to my calls and didn't even show. So thank God for Platinum Photo Booth!!! Secondly, Chris Doran, the guy who first answered my phone inquiries and ended up being our photo booth tech, has outstanding customer service and he really went out of his way to make sure there was a booth available and offered us a package that was within our budget. He is a really great and hard-working guy! We had a lot of guests, and I am sure they kept him busy! Thirdly, one thing that is very unique about this photo booth is the ambience they create. You can request that they bring decorations and drapes that match the color of your event. I'm not doing a good job explaining, but take a look at their website to see what I mean. It looks way better and more sophisticated than a plain photo booth box. Also, I highly recommend ordering a scrapbook, the tech will put it together for you and will give it to you at the end of the event. The book is really nice and well-made, and it's so much fun to look at all the pictures the next day and see all the wacky and crazy pictures people take with all the props. Your guests can write notes by their pictures too! In conclusion, this photo booth will be a big hit for whatever event you book them for. We all know that Groupon is hit and miss because sometimes the company you find won't provide the same level of customer service to someone who didn't pay full price... We were so impressed with the appearance of the booth, how it was customized with the accent colors of my daughters wedding and how large the inside was.It was done with class! Super fun, wonderful attendant, beautiful booklet to hold all the nights fun memories! The set up was all customized to my color theme- it was perfect. We did three large photos on one strip over the typical photo strip but this was perfect- the quality of the photos were amazing. The Platinum Photo Booth is everything you could ever dream of! I met Chris at a bridal show in San Pedro and I fell in love with the booth. They are so elegant and beautiful from the soft draping to the pretty ways they accessorize it. When I went to book the booth, Chris was super informative on the different types of packages; giving me his honest opinion about the value that I was getting for each package. After you book they give you a questionnaire based on your color scheme and type of decoration you want for the booth. I was a little skeptical because my wedding colors were mint and gray and I had such a hard time finding the same shade of mint. They made my booth match perfectly! They even design your own monogram for the bottom of the photo strips that print out! My booth was such a big hit at my wedding and I love looking through my guest book that they gave me! We got an awesome deal through Groupon - 4 hours, our choice of booth colors, props, black & white or color photos, jumbo photo strips, a large album, and an online gallery! It's pretty pricey otherwise. Chris helped us out and was easy to work with. All we had to do was fill out a form, choosing colors and whatnot.
