Yeah dude, this place sucked. We came in late on a Friday night and the place was dead AF. Only one girl danced on stage for the 30 min we were there and only for half a song. Went to the "manager" and asked for a refund for the cover charge because of how sad and disappointing it was and he told us "that's not how it works, you breathed the air in here" and implied we were bums for not getting singles. Little did he know we had plenty of singles after coming from a previous club and basically told us to kick rocks so I imagine the only way this place turns a profit is by keeping people's cover while they eventually leave out of boredom. Checked out The Playpen it's a Great club, hot girls, excellent dancers, all the employees were friendly, felt at home, lots of dance specials!!! all night! The club itself is super clean and fresh, like everything is brand new; hella cool sound system nice and loud, lights lasers and fog too, music videos were playing along with the music, on 2 TVs and a big ass screen at one end of the room. This was me and my boyfriend's first time here and it was pretty whack lol. We came around 11:45/12 on a Sunday and there were 4 or 5 other people inside besides us. Apparently, Sunday's usually aren't that slow, but this particular Sunday was pitiful. After 5 minutes there were only 3 of us inside, which was pretty weird. I was there on Sat Sep 9th 2017 and between the hours of 11pm-2am it was kindda dead. 2 very old dancers, 3 or 4 Hispanic girls (not very attractive) and 1 so so looking white girl in her 20s that seemed to be a drug addict. DJ was a very ghetto man and couldn't handle the mix between videos on screen and the music he was playing. Feel bad for the owner that poured all this money in and I don't think he is making a penny. I wish these owners and managers visited other states like Georgia or Texas and see how it's done. Lure in people with $5 dances. More men will show up. More men = more customers. More customers means more girls will apply to work for you= more customers who'd pay top dollars for private dances.
