The office is simple, to the point, no bells or whistles - seriously, I think the x-ray machine was a relic from when x-ray machines were first invented - but with me that's all good, it's part of the charm. Loved Dr. Jacobs, but even more, I loved that the staff had been with him and Dr. Block for nearly a decade if not more. Our PA said she had been there the least amount of time and it was about 5 years. It takes a lot for a medical staff to be so loyal to the doctors they work with, and everyone in that office was in a good mood and were working well together. My pain is gone, and honestly I hope to never see Dr. Jacob's again, because, you know, I don't know many people who like going to the doctor. When I returned to the room, the Dr examined my foot, and all was well until I left the office and realized someone went into my purse and took cash from my wallet. They replaced the smaller notes in a different direction than I had it previously in and hence the reason I know for a fact someone violated my privacy and belongings in a doctor's office. This happened on a Thursday, I sent an email as the office was closed and the manager out until Monday, received a call from the assistant that was the only person that knew my bag was in the room stating the manager informed her that I didn't go to the office with any cash and still has not called me to get any information to date.
