I contacted Sam and he came through to my place to provide a quote. He was very detailed about the process and the materials they use. He provided a quote which was reasonable. We booked the service and due to unforeseen bad weather conditions, they couldn't come out to install due to the rain. The service was rescheduled the following week and they arrived promptly at set time. I was not home while they installed the gates- but received photos of the final product when they were done.
