Rawlin and his crew did a great job on my pool, i have them clean it every month as well and never had a problem

Terrible service! The representative that takes the calls has zero clue what he is doing. Oblivious to basic questions. Was told all they do is a 6 month package for 190$. Did not agree to anything. They said someone would go assess the pool and get back to me if they could do it. The next day someone went and added a bunch of chemicals and then tried to charge me for a "one time cleaning". Continuing to Harass me via text and phone calls. Extremely unprofessional, border line thinking about filing a trespassing suit on them. read more

These people were extremely unprofessional and unreliable on repeated occasions. I would never recommend them to anyone. Staffed by incompetent individuals who do not communicate with their customers and often fail to keep their scheduled appointments. Horrible business practice! read more

The owner of "the pool guy" a Rahlin fella would tell me everything is going to get straightened out with unsatisfactory cleaning of our pool. Didn't. Bleached up our expensive stained cement. Didn't care. I now have Pool Boy cleaning my pool and he cleaned the filters for the pump and found caked up filters with visible trash clogging the whole filters. The pool guy charged me $65 every time they cleaned the filters. The last charge was about three weeks ago and there's no way it got this bad in three weeks. We keep a pretty clean pool before they even come. Several times we developed black mold with them supposedly cleaning the pool every week. They had no response. How do you clean a pool every week and have nothing to say. Pathetic. Do not hire these guys you will regret it. RFG read more
