I paid BK in full for her full coverage wedding package. I was told if we paid in full we would…read morereceive a free session which I used for boudoir photos. For the boudoir, I wanted to have those photos ready to give to my husband the morning of the wedding. She promised me her turn around time was short but she had many excuses for why I had not received my photos weeks passed the quoted turn around time. She literally gave me the disc at my rehearsal dinner the night before the wedding. I will say I'm grateful that at least I got them in time. The wedding... I have several issues with. I will say some of the photos are okay, but MANY of them are very poor quality. Grainy... blurry.. absolutely unusable. Many major iconic shots were missed or not taken entirely. She also left my wedding early, despite me paying for "full coverage" even when I specifically asked for her to let us get some photos with the sparklers we bought as going away/leaving the reception photos. I was fine just taking them and walking back inside but she just up and left. Then she had the audacity to say that I told her to leave early without taken the pictures! She stopped me in the middle of dancing with friends to say she was leaving, so everyone standing around heard me ask her to let us get the exit pictures done. She said she had to go and left. She also "forgot" to send me my wedding photos. After multiple times of me asking about them. And telling her multiple times to keep me updated. She eventually found them in a pile with other discs and delivered them. The turn around time was 2-4 weeks I believe and I got my photos after 2 months. She also finished editting another wedding before mine, when my wedding was shot before theirs. They had a family health issue, which is fine, I understand that. But PLEASE let your clients know that because I also had a sick family member and they passed before getting to see any pictures. We had not even seen a sneak peak of the photos. She has thrown me on the back burner for SIX MONTHS since I made my initial complaint after receiving my CD. I have been very nice and patient, but when I kept asking her to look at the terrible photos she gave me and see if there was anything that could be done to fix them or if she could look through the originals for any pictures that she did not already give me. Just flat out ignored me MULTIPLE TIMES. I would ask about it and if I was lucky enough for a reply (literally a month would go by and no reply) she wouldn't even acknowledge what I was asking her. She even gave me her cell number to contact her with, because she claimed she never saw my Facebook messages. But even then she does not respond in a timely manner. I am not the only one that took notice of the quality. I had a photo printed out and when I bought it, the guy that printed asked if that was a professional that took that photo because it was the worst quality that he's ever seen. All of my family members and friends agreed that the quality of some of the photos are not professional. They also stated that she was standing around most of the wedding. So it is not just me that thinks this. I will admit she fixed TWO photos. But that is it. And even then it was a nightmare trying to get her to fix just those two over a six month period. Back in November, and I quote from her text message "I didn't receive the notification that you had emailed me, so I looked at our original email and there it was! I can see the issues now that I'm back to using the proper editing monitor. I have decided to go through ALL of your released images, and make sure they are up to my personal standards." "I refuse to release anything but my personal best, and unfortunately I was stuck in a position where many images looked great under small frame." So even she admits that there was fault on her part. She ignored me again, said she would be in contact, then never got back with me. I messaged her today and was given an excuse that she would be out of town til January 2nd, supposedly unexpectedly. This is RIDICULOUS. I was hoping to have these by Christmas, at least. I promptly asked for a partial refund to compensate this ridiculously half a year wait to have these issues resolved and for not delivering our promised agreement of services. Being which, that I would receive quality images for a full event wedding photography. Seeing as that it has been 6, going on 7 months, and that she left my event early, on top of other above mentioned complaints, that this is reasonable. I was told she did not agree with my complaints and would not be giving a refund.

Her recommendations, obvious love for her industry and attention to detail helped me make the right decisions when planning a Florida wedding for my friends and family. Being from Virginia, some friends and family expressed initial concern for attending a beach/destination wedding, but it could not have been more beautiful and really made it worth it for everyone who did decide to travel to celebrate with us. We spoke over the phone and had one meeting where we both agreed on a $400 deposit (and pay the balance later), in return she was going to help me plan my dream wedding. It was very easy to get ahold of her before I paid her but as soon as she had my deposit the phone calls stopped being answered and the emails went unreplied. I'm the type of person where if I pay you for services I like to be treated as if I'm a priority. After numerous phone calls, voicemails and emails I finally had enough and sought out another company. When Suzanne finally got around to returning my calls she asked how everything was going so I told her not well, I didn't feel like a priority and wasn't happy with her services. I said I would appreciate a full refund seeing how she had done absolutely no work for me. She was quick to say no, that the deposit was non refundable and since my wedding was "4 months away" she didn't see my attempts to contact her "urgent" her words exactly. I don't know about you but I believe as soon as the money was exchanged we should have gotten to work. She should not be able to decide who is and who isn't important. If my wedding was too far away for her to deem it "urgent" then she should have had the decency to tell me that before I paid her $400. Or at LEAST returned one of my MANY attempts to contact her to let me know she hadn't forgotten me, but was busy with upcoming weddings. I'm a very understanding person but I do not like being ignored especially when you have been paid to do a job. My advice to anyone considering using her services, make sure she thinks you're wedding is important and close enough that she is willing to start working on it. I got married last weekend, March 19th 2016. And no thanks to Suzanne, had a perfect day! DO NOT USE HER.

I researched, interviewed, and rummaged through so many portfolios all over Alabama, that by the time I decided on Keyhole I knew without a doubt they were the best! The pictures are absolutely beautiful, they really know how to tell a story. I can honestly say some of the greatest photos I have ever seen are the photos of my wedding. If your looking for a documentary style then go with Keyhole. There are no forced, awkward, or interupted moments. They are very interested in you, your wedding, and your day and I promise they will capture it without ever getting in the way or stepping on any toes. You won't even know they are there if you don't want to. But honestly, it would be a bit of a waste not to get to know them while they are with you because they really are good, genuine people!
