As much as any parents hates to leave their child all day, BCC-CLC is a place you can rest your mind that your child is well taken care of and loved. Despite the fact that this is a city of high turnover with the military population, there are many teachers who have been there since we first enrolled, and some who have been there for over 10 years. It's incredibly reassuring to know that the staff is so dedicated to childcare. When our oldest had been there for about 6 months, a spot opened up for us to move here to one of the military Child Development Centers. We declined the spot and stayed with Kindercare because we are so happy with the care provided.

If you're looking for a center where your child consistently comes home with diaper rashes and…read morestaff who seem to treat childcare as just another job rather than a profession they're passionate about, this may be the place for you. My son came home with a diaper rash almost every day while attending this center. Despite using the same diapers, wipes, and products at home without any issues, staff repeatedly suggested that he was suddenly allergic to them or to foods he was eating at daycare--even though he eats the same foods at home without any reaction. Instead of addressing the recurring issue, it often felt like excuses were being made rather than taking responsibility. Cleanliness was another major concern. The classrooms, particularly the infant and toddler rooms, did not appear to be maintained to the standard I expected. The rugs where children crawl, play, and lie down often appeared dirty. Although there is supposed to be a no-shoes policy in these rooms, I frequently observed adults walking through with their shoes on in the same areas where the children spend most of their time. The professionalism of the staff was also disappointing. Several employees came across as rude or dismissive when concerns were raised. It was discouraging to feel that legitimate issues were not taken seriously. I also learned that staffing shortages seemed to prevent management from addressing ongoing concerns, which only added to my frustration. Perhaps the most concerning comment I heard was from staff members who said they would not enroll their own children at this center. Hearing that from employees themselves raised serious concerns about the confidence they had in the care being provided. This daycare has the potential to be a great center, but in my experience, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, professionalism, communication, and the quality of care provided to infants and toddlers. Unfortunately, my family's experience was not a positive one, and I would not choose to bring my child back nor recommend it to other families.

I love Rainbow Station! I don't know that I can express myself well enough in words to explain how…read moregrateful I am that my son is now at Rainbow Station and not at his previous school anymore (see my review on the other pre-school for more information). Rainbow Station has been everything that a pre-school should be and my son has done nothing but flourished. His teachers Patty and Mallory are amazing! Anthony loves them both and will tell me that he wants one of them by saying, "Mommy I want Patty or Mommy I want Mama (as he calls Mallory)". The front desk ladies are so warm and genuinely happy to see us every day, Anthony blows them a kiss as we leave and waives bye. The Director, Ms. Jada is awesome and always available to answer any questions. She is silly and fun too, which I personally love because I like to be silly and prefer a happy environment as opposed to a stale and sterile environment. Ms. Hazel the owner is gracious and kind. Ms. Joyce always knows everyone's names and is always ready to snap a picture at one of our family events. The school even has a babysitting list that has the teachers that are willing to babysit beyond school hours, which has been such a blessing and made me feel better when I have to leave him for work events, because I know that he is in great hands! The curriculum is amazing and my son, who is newly two, has been speaking in full sentences and able to communicate effectively with me (as long as it is not right before nap or bed time). Since my son has been at Rainbow Station he has not had one single negative incident report! Which goes to show that Rainbow Station knows how to care for kids of all kinds and does not lay blame on a child like their counterparts in the industry. Instead they seek to understand and find a solution if need be. And did I mention that they have a ratio of 1 to 6 instead which is better then the required 1 to 8 that their competitors maintain. My son is happy when I go to pick him up every day and does not want to leave he is having so much fun. I know what he is doing each day and I would be able to tell even if they did not write it out in detail because Anthony shows me each night what they learned. I.E. When they were studying bugs, he went around the house and pointed out to me all of the things that looked like bugs. He may have also grabbed a spider and tried to give it to me, which of course was hysterical and not so at the same time! :-) I believe he did the same thing to his teacher while they were outside (I'm sorry Ms. Mallory my son has no fear). And I can go on and on with how awesome the entire Rainbow Station community is and how they treat us like family! Thank you so much for letting us be a part of your family! And for helping me to raise a strong and kind young man!

However, their Girls Varsity Basketball program is not that great. Their main focus is typically on specific player(s) to grow. If your child was not getting playing time in public school bring them here and if you are a type of parent who has time to be in coaches' face all the time, then your child will be awarded a "consolation" playing time. This is a perfect place for your child and your family. But if sports TRULY matters to your child while attending high school, then, you may want to consider exploring different school where she can grow, develop, and be successful! As of right now, their Boys Varsity Basketball program is excellent - from players' development to training to coaching! This is the best time to join your athlete student!

At 7 yrs old he's writing in cursive beautifully, reading books for enjoyment ( he will even read KJV like a pro, some adults can't do that), talks to me about coding and the Mosaic Law. It's astonishing. Not only is he receiving and incredible education but he is truly cared about by his teacher and the faculty and staff. I know my son is truly valued at Bethel Christian and that's worth more to me than anything.
