I visited your store located in Greenville , this is my first time visiting this store but ross is usually my go-to place for my shopping needs. However, my recent experience has left me extremely disappointed and frustrated with the behavior of the store manager and made me want to take my money elsewhere in general. On March 2nd, I was shopping at your store when I encountered the store manager, who was extremely rude and unprofessional in her approach towards me. I would give this store zero stars if I could !I went into a dressing room and left my car keys in my shopping cart while I was trying on select items. when I came out the cart was gone and I asked the store manager for help but she said the cameras showed nothing and she could not assist me in looking for it or making an announcement that they were lost . Not only did she refuse to help me with my queries, but she also went on to ignore me and engage in conversations with her co-workers instead. Her behavior was not only unprofessional but also unacceptable, which made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. Furthermore, when I tried to escalate the issue with her , she showed no interest and continued to be dismissive of my concerns. I believe that this kind of behavior from a store manager is intolerable and sends a wrong message to customers who are loyal to your brand. As a customer, I expect nothing but the utmost professionalism and courteousness from your staff, and especially from the store manager. However, this experience has left me questioning whether I should continue to shop at your store. I sincerely hope that you will take action against the store manager and ensure that all your employees are trained to provide excellent customer service. Looking forward to a prompt resolution.

I have been ordering groceries.. at first to pick up and then for delivery.. the delivery service…read moreis hit or miss.. as in sometimes my order is correct and sometimes not. Sometimes they leave it on the porch sometimes on a rock by the driveway. Sometimes I actually get the items sometimes they are missing! Last week I had more items missing than I received.. oh and yes, I was charged! Now when I go to place an order thinking ok I have better luck picking up so I'll just do that going forward.. well... nope They won't even accept an order saying I have too many "returns." Well you know what.. I am not going to just pay for bags of groceries I don't even receive I will return them and ask for a refund.. this is the store's fault and they are saying they don't want my business any more!?!? Yeah.. well time to try Brookshire's again!

I saw the black ones and purchased those and had asked the owner if she had them in another color I liked also. She looked and said no she did not have my size. I am an older lady and I think I was treated as so. I think the owner caters to the younger crowds. The employees made me feel that they thought I wasn't going to buy anything. The owner said she could order the shoe in my size and she would get within the week. I gave her my phone number and she never called. I didn't think she would. I will get the shoes but just not there. I could have called her back but if you want my business do what you say you are going to do and after the snub I got I will not go back there. Good luck with your business. You may want to treat the older ladies a little better. We have money too. I will say ALL her merchandise is high end. It is hard to find Bed Stu things in stores.
