The last 2 yrs he's…read moretaken it upon himself to remove the insoles that come with the shoes and do who knows what with them, to make me use the orthotics he makes. I asked him where the insoles were and he lied and said Orthofeet didn't send them, they sent the orthotics. Um, wrong, Orthofeet doesn't make the jagged cut orthotics that he insists I use. I called him out on it this time after contacting Orthofeet. Of course he had lied. Until he pulled this stunt, I was happy with them. I won't be my diabetic shoes or even consider buying any other shoes from them. Don't buy your diabetic shoes from him. I wouldn't even buy a pair of flip flops from him now. I wouldn't have ordered the insoles from Orthofeet and paid $30 pair for them had he put them in the box like he claims.

The current manager that I've spoken to has been there since I started shopping there in 2012 to now (2014), don't know his name but he's really helpful and knowledgable if you have a question about getting the right fit or if you're like me and have foot problems that require you to shop for fairly supportive shoes and need some guidance. Their pricing seems to be competitive with other local stores both brick and mortar and online, they have some great deals, especially when they run their buy one pair get the second pair of equal or lesser value for 50% off. They also do lightning sales where one aisle of shoes will be put on sale for an hour or longer or the whole weekend. I've been in there several times when they've had that type of sale going on so they must do that a lot. You can find some awesome deals on clearance shoes at the end of the season, I once scored some cute name brand thong sandals for $12 and it wasn't even at the end of the season, they were just having a great sale that day. They keep the store neat and organized, which makes it easier for customers to shop. I've never seen it dirty, even when they've been super busy. I would say most people would find something they like there for a fair price so it's worth it to check it out if you've never shopped there before.

They have all the name brands that are popular and they have numerous options to choose from and their prices are comparable to the same brands at other stores.
