I will absolutely be suing for the damage you caused. The other RV company that fixed your shit job is happy to write a statement for me explaining the damage you caused. I hired JMSB to repair a small section of my RV slide-out. Instead, I ended up with additional damage, a failed repair, and an additional repair bill. The technician arrived and began working without saying a single word to me. Then he started operating my slide-outs without communicating what he was doing. He manually cranked the WRONG side in, then back out, crushing items I had stored on top into the interior wall. I had to SCREAM for him to stop before more damage occurred. My pets were also inside the trailer at the time, making the lack of communication a serious safety concern. He also performed the repair during active rain. So by the next day, the panel had completely detached. He offered to come out and fix it, which I denied because I no longer trusted him to work on my trailer. A second RV repair company removed the failed repair and found the adhesive was still wet. Moisture had been trapped behind the panel, causing the wood underneath to swell. The repair had to be completely redone. After I reported the failed repair and the additional damage, I requested reimbursement so I could have another company correct the work. That request was never addressed. He just stopped responding. Instead of paying once for a repair, I paid over $250 for work that failed almost immediately, then had to pay another company to redo the repair and fix the damage caused during the original service visit. Thirty years of experience doesn't mean anything when you back it up with sloppy work and piss-poor customer service.

Everything is great and then a sounding Hammer shakes the truck and We begin to lose power! Having the happenstance of just passing a Napa store 500 yards back, We turn around and limp to the store. Turns out the Napa is connected to this mechanic shop. 'Garrett Automotive'. It's 11:45 am and all the staff is out for lunch so We move the truck to the bay doors and proceed to wait for an hour. Only moments after parking a tech comes out to ask about Our needs, this during the lunch break. We raise the hood and He climbs in. An immediate find of the problem. (Now this is very rare for any engine but it does happen. We have a big Truck with the Biggest gas engine with a 12,000 pound winch, so it's a worker of a nice road travel truck. ) The tech sees that a spark plug has loosed its threads and got ejected in a rocket explosion of force, hence the hammer sound. So in about :30 a Heli-coil is installed and new plug in place. A great fix that can last but We will have Our local shop install a new head on that side in the coming weeks. That is about a $750. Replaced and install but it gets done like OEM and solved. Our repair this day took 1 hour, during the teams lunch break and out the door was only $150. with the parts and labor. I told Him to double that bill but He said that was the hourly rate and He couldn't charge more. Turns out the tech was the Owner. Integrity. Knowledge. Helpfulness. Back on the road after 1 hour in what could have been an overnight stay in a single stoplight town. Thank You Garrett Automotive

My husbands truck started messing up, he thought it was the transmission, we took it up there on a Friday (last Friday 9-23-22), mechanic drove the truck and agreed with my husband that the transmission was definitely going out, we left his truck there even tho they told us the transmission would probably be on back order. The service department staff put in the claim, had the transmission the next day and had all repairs done by the following Friday 9-30-2022. We picked up the truck paid the $100 deductible and was very satisfied with the service. If I had to be a critic about anything at all the only thing would be them cleaning up after getting into and out of the truck with greasy hands, wiping off the steering wheel and door handle would have been nice. But the staff were super nice, kind and efficient. Checkout was quick no waiting. Thank you so much for a great job done well.

I priced parts online, bought what I needed front and rear, took box to Heber Auto for install after setting an appointment, and all was well. I did see a sign that stated they don't provide a guarantee if you bring in your own parts, but Craig who did the work seemed happy with the parts and had no trouble with the install. It was a win for me because it was closer to home and I needed the cost savings. It was a win for them because they got paid and have a new satisfied customer. Was not a win for Honda World who I'm sure would have done an excellent job but overpriced their parts & service.
