Staff is so arrogant and every time i've gone there i have gotten the worst customer service

The attitude of these "guys" working in this shit hole is awful. God forbid you need help with anything. No idea how the power shop is still in business. I've never heard anything good about this place and I don't have anything good to says either. read more

I needed a break cable for my mower it was a warranty item. I told the guy at the counter that I didn't know where it went or how it came off. He said he wouldn't put it on for me. They don't want to help anyone. Finally someone came out and showed me where to put it but wouldn't help me put it on. Then the other one charged me for a cable that was a warranty cable. He said because I said it could have gotten pulled off. When I finally seen where it went I knew it didn't get pulled off. But I didn't want to go to jail for just leaving with the cable. But both of the guys that were there were real horses ass to me. I guess because I bought the mower at tractor supply 5 miles from my house not their shop 38 miles from my home. And toro is junk mower!! You can't get it serviced where they sell them. And this mower broke after 25 uses cutting a small yard. Never buy a toro POS And do business with the power shop. Horrible product and service that matches!! read more
