I stopped in while putting together Christmas boxes for my out-of-town family and was blown away by how easy they made it to shop small in one place. I was able to find all local products without hopping from store to store including honey, candles, baker's chocolate candies, magnets, t-shirts, and so many other amazing Nebraska-made items. Everything is thoughtfully curated, beautifully displayed, and genuinely high quality. The shop itself is adorable and welcoming, and it feels really good knowing that every purchase supports local makers and businesses. It's the perfect one-stop shop for gifts that actually feel meaningful and unique (not just filler items). If you're sending care packages, building gift boxes, or just want to support Omaha-made products, this place is a no-brainer. I'll absolutely be back not just for the holidays, but year-round.

They have a ton of gift items including toys, greeting cards, magnets (Steven Rhoads!), plushies, wrappers, salt/pepper shakers, tea infusers, socks, pot holders, pens, books, chip bag clips, vases, aprons, and so much more. All of these were very adorable. The cashier that night was a very nice man who used to be a photographer. They have a few items on Nebraska. If you are looking just for Nebraska souvenirs, you may want to check out Made In Omaha and Old Market Sundries which have more selection of Nebraska souvenirs. The store is chock-full of anything you might be looking for in a gift or just a fun touch for your own home. They have a big selection of cookbooks, journals, socks, office supplies, kids books and toys, kitchenware, calendars, seasonal gifts and decor, magnets, keychains, you name it. Lots of irreverent gifts, this is the perfect place to get a joke gift, white elephant gift, or sarcastic gift for a coworker you like but don't love. Pricing is about what you'd pay anywhere else for the item, I bought two mugs here recently and they were $20 a piece. Come in, browse around, and find a cute new touch to add to your life or someone else's. Just don't bring your ice cream, they have a strict no ice cream policy.

This store sells a few souvenir items from Nebraska like magnets, keychains. They also have greeting cards, umbrella, toys like harmonica, and stuffed toys shaped like corn, etc. The lady at the Tannenbaum Christmas Shop answered my questions about the merchandise on Old Market Sundries section. We were able to find all the keychains and shot glasses we needed. Not only did they have Omaha/NE branded items, but they also got items from nearby Iowa. If you are planning on driving through Iowa but still want to take a piece home for yourself, then this is a good spot to stock up as well. The day we shopped here turned out to be the cashier's first day. We had a good time chit chatting about our travels on Route 66 and how we had been on the road for what felt like decades. With great service and a nice selection, this is certainly the best one-stop shop that I can think of for anything Omaha related.
