I was able to score some AWESOME deals on large decor items that light up. I probably got $400 worth of items for $100. The staff was nice, letting me set my large, tall items, up front. I also pulled my car up to load. I still think it's slightly over priced, but shopping their sales is crucial for getting higher quality pieces at a discount.

Inside regency is PB, PBK and William Sonoma, so it all is under the same umbrella, pretty easy.

I called, they refused to do split delivery and were holding 2 of my items (a nightstand and a dresser) until a bedframe shipped from overseas. Late January rolls around, Bedframe is actually here! Wow yay it's not April yet, later than I initially thought but this is ok! Wrong. We scheduled a delivery time and I took all my old bedroom furniture out of my room and took off work to meet the delivery guy. But no one shows up. Weird? I call Pottery Barn, they say delivery should never have been scheduled because they'll only deliver once an entire order can be delivered, and 1 of our items is missing. Yeah yeah the bedframe I know, but I got a notification that it came in and we could schedule delivery now? Turns out the bedframe is there now - but the nightstand (that has been there since October) is MISSING. What?? PB said they'll do some digging and get back to me. 2 days later.... no one got back to me so I called again. Nice lady tracks the nightstand to a different warehouse and said give us 7-10 days then we'll reschedule your delivery. 10 days pass ...... crickets. I call again. Different nice lady tracks it down and gives me the exact same answer - at a different warehouse, give us 7-10 days. At this point I said no thanks just cancel the order. They said so sorry, we'll give you a discount on your upcoming PBK order (a separate order scheduled to come in March). I said thank you, that's the least you can do. Now it gets worse...... are you ready? Nice PB lady #1 put some notes in my profile about how PBK needs to give us a discount for this whole ordeal. Nice PB lady #2 adds more notes to my profile reiterating yes, these people need a discount. PB lady #2 gives me the phone number for PBK and says call them, they'll get you sorted and make it right. I call...... PBK says sorry, we can't give you a discount. PB is a "separate company" and can't do that. I said ok F you guys, cancel this order too I'm just. They say great, we'll give you a $4K PB credit! I said no, that's unacceptable I want a full refund to my credit card. They say ok we can give you a partial refund, you'll still have to pay the shipping costs (despite the fact that my order hasn't shipped yet). I took this all the way up through multiple managers and never could get my shipping costs refunded. Long story short: I almost spent $10K at this company in a 6 month period. Now they will never get a dime from me. Hope the $400 they kept for my "shipping costs" was worth it for losing a lifetime customer. Don't order from PB or PBK. Don't make the mistakes I did.

Things are laid out very well here, so it's really fun to look around at the different items and styles! Things are easily organized by type of products you are looking for, and there's plenty of room to walk around looking, and see all angles of the items for sale. This store, just like Nebraska furniture Mart has FAR too many employees. You can tell they are all commission based. Every time I walk around, between five and 10 employees ask me if I'm finding everything all right. This isn't the worst thing that can happen while you're shopping, but in my opinion, it does get a little annoying, and concerning to see how many employees are without customers to help. Overall, I love coming here for inspiration! I am very picky on the items I buy, so have yet to find something I actually purchased in the store, but hope to someday as the price point is reasonable.

It took me awhile to get find the time to shop there but I'm thankful I finally got to check them out this summer! I had been considering getting a gift from there for an upcoming birthday but as this person is particular about certain items we ended up going a different route for a gift. Little did I know my boyfriend's parents decided to gift me a gift card to Marigold's Mercantile! I was ecstatic and found a way to make it in!! My favorite part of this store is how they carry locally made foods from local companies. All in Thyme is a favorite in our household as Chef Andrew is a close from of my boyfriend's, so when I saw that they carry some of his sourdough or English Muffins I knew I had to start shopping soon!! My first visit I was on a mission to find a !00% cotton throw blanket, moving away from plastics to more natural fibers, I had a feeling they'd have what I was looking for. They did and of course a variety of other items. I also got several bags of the English Muffins to share with the family on our family trip and a new bandana for our dog. My second visit here I had some of my gift card left over so I wanted to come back and get the mosquito insect repellent incense sticks, I had seen them when I was on my way out the last time and was bummed I didn't see it earlier. I brought my sister along this time so she could see what the store I was obsessed with. They have a small beauty section of natural products like bath scents, salts, and sugars, a fun selection of reusable bags, a whole stationary section full of notebooks, pens, and cute additions for the perfect note. As I mentioned before they have doggie bandanas in a small shelved area of cat and dog products! I love that they remembered our best friends!! There's a small selection of cat and dog treats, toys, and supplies which is perfect for the apartments nearby too. On the right side of the store as you walk in there's a fun and vast variety of locally made products like gourmet granola made here in Omaha, other snacks and sauces also locally made. As you walk further in the store they have a small cooler of fun drinks and foods from places like Conscious Comforts!! The plethora of products and the common theme of local, natural, and organic truly speaks to my soul. I'm filled with gladness that a store has opened that can showcase these wonderful products and in an area that is frequented and often busy. It's the kind of shop you can wander through slowly, picking up things you didn't even know you needed but suddenly can't live without. I also love that they carry locally made products, ended up finding a perfume oil from a local small business that I'm using for my wedding scent. The only store who claimed this was the one off of Redick Circle in North Omaha. The store is across the parking lot of a major Walmart not not visible from 99th Street. It has a limited collection of few t-shirts and sweaters (if you want shirts with funny and cute designs, go to Made in Omaha across the street). This store sells a few souvenir items from Nebraska like magnets, keychains. They also have greeting cards, umbrella, toys like harmonica, and stuffed toys shaped like corn, etc. The lady at the Tannenbaum Christmas Shop answered my questions about the merchandise on Old Market Sundries section. Items are reasonably priced.

We were able to find all the keychains and shot glasses we needed. Not only did they have Omaha/NE branded items, but they also got items from nearby Iowa. If you are planning on driving through Iowa but still want to take a piece home for yourself, then this is a good spot to stock up as well. The day we shopped here turned out to be the cashier's first day. We had a good time chit chatting about our travels on Route 66 and how we had been on the road for what felt like decades. With great service and a nice selection, this is certainly the best one-stop shop that I can think of for anything Omaha related.
