Trimmed lawn and bushes, magnolia trees and an absolutely stunning view of Lake Lanier. Two pools (both beautiful and well kept) and areas to grill out or enjoy the dock if you have a boat. Two trash compactors on site, so you don't have to travel outside to dispense of household garbage The bad: not much really. Had a problem with the sink; they fixed it next day. It's pricey. That's about it. Lots of dogs, so there's some dog poop off the sidewalk sometimes. The walls are pretty thick, never heard a neighbor cough or sneeze. They are pretty stringent on the rules- only residents in the pools, immediately take trash bags away don't leave them for any length of time outside of your door, etc. To sum up: it's a beautiful place with some nice folks, and they have some rules to follow. It's not the Motel 6 or Holiday Inn. It looks nice, they work to keep it that way. I'm content with it.

It's actually about 2 1/2 days, in a few hour shifts before the unit dies and has to be worked on. They put in a temporary unit, and then once again, came home this past Friday thinking I had A/C. Nope, by Saturday it had died yet again. My house is now 75', the portable they put in on Saturday late afternoon has been leaking all over my bedroom carpet. I had no idea until Sunday around noon, when there is water coming up between my toes!!! WTAF??!!! I'm SO BEYOND LIVID!!! WHAT Are we Paying FOR???

I bought this issue up with management I went back-and-forth with them for almost a month before anything was done about it, when they told me that they didn't believe it was mold and that they would paint over it. I had to either continue living there, where my cats and I were getting sick from the mold, or pay to terminate my lease.

But that is honestly the only thing good about this apartment complex. we decided to move to this apartment complex because it was close to my school and the surrounding area had lots of stores, so that was very appealing. We were intrigued right away, all of the units were taken up so we couldn't view the apartment. Nonetheless we applied and got the apartment. It took about three weeks in order for us to move into the apartment for our move-in date from our application acceptance date. We got a one bedroom one bath apartment, and when we first got our key. the apartment reeked of water damage. Spots on the ceiling of water damage. The apartment wasn't cleaned. There were cobwebs everywhere, and the floors had dust and dirt. Our appliances were dirty. The walls weren't painted good. the apartment was not move-in ready at all yet they still let us move in. And that was not only our only issue maybe two weeks afterwards we had a pipe burst, and we had a leak in our apartment, which decided to grow black mold. They fixed it in a timely manner but they have done nothing about the smell of water damage in the apartment itself that we got sick from. The dumpsters always smell and there's trash all over the place in the parking lot and in the trees. The gym is so tiny and while the pool is a decent size and depth, it's not really clean and the lining of the pool is so old there's holes and it's just gross because of the age. People here also have an issue with not picking up after their dogs. There is no pet policy whatsoever. We lived on the first floor and there was like a 90 pound husky that lives above us that likes to wake us up. So be wary about that. This is honestly been the worst experience of living somewhere. for the price that we are paying. This is absolutely ridiculous. It is a health hazard and it's just plain dirty. I would not recommend living here
