You have access to a digital version of the paper but there are additional stories on the website and you can't access those. I received daily emails where I could read the headline but had no access to read the story and they were nowhere to be found in the e-edition. On top of that, I know that newspapers are impossible to cancel so when I subscribed I did so with a check, by snail mail. I cannot fathom why months after my subscription ended I would receive a "past due" notice. Hey, I signed up for a specific length of time, IF they delivered beyond that, it's on them, not me. I would actually love to get the local paper but the two problems I have described, plus how rare it is to find information about the candidates in local elections (come on, this is the MAIN reason to read a local paper) I have not renewed my subscription. There is no way I would give them credit card info, there is an out of state corporation who is managing all of that an when you call them about delivery issues it is apparent, they admit they aren't even in California.
