The reason for this is the staff. Like most copy places, the Newton Copy Solutions does photocopying, colour printing, large scale printing, some binding and finishing, and graphic design. So far, so generic. I think the quality of their printing is quite good (and, for the price, very good), but there are other places around Auckland you could get a similar result. But what sets this place apart is the staff. I've dealt with several of them over the last few years, and each of them has been friendly, attentive and helpful. And best of all, they know their stuff. I can ask them difficult questions about print quality or binding techniques (I'm a graphic designer, so I'm full of difficult questions) and not only do they know what I'm talking about, but they have a helpful answer, and will suggest different ways of doing things that will work out cheaper or faster. This is my go-to place for small scale printing.

I found these guys after a quick search when I needed some posters printed for an event pronto. They were super easy to deal with. I was able to send through my creative via email and pick it up ready-to-go within the hour. Also, big ups for their central location - it can't be cheap to rent there but it sure is super handy. The only slight mark against their name is that they said they'd email me the itemised receipt and I'm still waiting.... just as well it was so cheap! What's an unclaimed $3 riiight?!

They always have the latest shapes and colours and they are UV certified. I also buy a lot of picnicware here - you can set yourself up with plastic platters, plates and cups really cheaply and apart from the cutlery I re-use everything so it's not too hard on the planet. The greeting cards here are good too - just read your message carefully first, there might be a hilarious but inappropriate typo! Like most of the businesses I frequent around Balmoral, the family that run this place are lovely. I feel sorry for them being right next to Jack's Bar and the TAB (two reviews you will NOT read from me) but they seem to cope ok.

Pretty basic stuff, but they are reliable and friendly! The only thing is if you are having pant legs taken up then measure them first! Silly me didn't properly measure my trousers and hem them before I took them in, I estimated whilst in the store and not surprisingly they are still too long. Stupid me! NZ Drycleaners are located really close to Countdown in Lynmall, so they are easy to find and their is always a park close by.

I've had to frequent the Warehouse Stationery branch in Henderson many times over the past couple of years, now that I have become a professional student. Buying stationery supplies, workbooks and seeking copying, printing and binding services have become second nature. I really like the Henderson branch in particular, because it's always really well stocked and well priced. The staff are knowledgeable about the stock on hand and are really efficient when it comes to your order, particularly within the copy centre. Warehouse stationery is always my first stop for my stationery requirements!
