As someone who has experienced cancer and have had several important people pass in my life due to cancer, it meant a lot to me to support a local business who has common values. I had been looking for a place to tint the windows of my red 2022 Model 3 Tesla for awhile. It was great I could get both services done at the same time. I had emailed Ryan and he was super prompt and helpful. I have a crazy schedule and he dealt with my multiple requests and schedule changes. Josh helped me pick the right level of tint and walked me through the process. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient. I picked the 3M Ceramic IR tint ($600). I had to change my pick up date and time several times. Ryan and his team were extremely helpful and accommodating. Their lightening fast responses and call backs, were much appreciated. The results were absolutely fantastic and exceeded my expectations. They went above and beyond to fix all my horrible scratches and dings. My car looks better than new and the tint work is impeccable. They tinted all the way to the edge. It was perfect. I cannot recommend a better place to get tint or coating done. I will be recommending Elite to everyone I know! Thank you for supporting our community and doing such a fabulous job on "Ruby"

I made an appointment and dropped my car off. When I picked up my car a few days later it looked great. Josh showed me all the areas that the film was applied on my car. The entire hood, back bumper, door handles, mirrors and strips along the doors are all protected with the film. The rest of the car is so smooth and shiny from the clear coating. Josh made me an appointment in two weeks so they can wash and thoroughly check my car to make sure everything adheres well. I really feel good about taking my car to Elite Auto Works. I highly recommend them. The quality of their work is excellent and they are great to work with. Employees are all very knowledgeable and helpful.

Update Michael Justis blocked me after confronting him as feels threatened;…read more His response "Your recent review and the way you have been communicating with me have crossed the line from a customer concern into something that is disrespectful and malicious. Involving and promoting other shops in your review while making accusations about our work is inappropriate and unfair, especially when those businesses were not part of the original transaction. Because of the tone and conduct in your messages, you will not be meeting with me or any of my staff on Monday or at any other time going forward. I will not tolerate being spoken to in the manner you have been addressing me. If you believe you have a warranty concern related to XPEL products, I am happy to refer you to another certified XPEL installer who can assist you with evaluating or processing any potential warranty claim. That would be the appropriate path moving forward. I wish you the best and hope you are able to resolve your concerns through another certified shop." keep in mind he's the one who contacted and showed up first . to multiple shops after I chose his competitor(s) haven't seen this man since 2024. Not even asking for free work or anything warranty related. After he did this whole act he must be called out especially as an adult business owner with a law degree like himself. My response; Michael Justis This response is exactly what I expected. Instead of addressing the workmanship concerns, you're choosing to label my feedback as malicious and shut down any opportunity to actually review the issues. What's inappropriate is refusing to stand behind your work when a customer raises legitimate concerns after spending around $7,500 on a full vehicle wrap and related services. My intention was simply to have a professional conversation and give you the opportunity to inspect the areas I mentioned. Multiple installers have already pointed out the same issues with visible edges and areas that were not properly tucked. That's not an accusation--it's a quality concern. Your decision not to even look at the vehicle or discuss a resolution speaks for itself. I will continue addressing the issues with another certified installer as suggested. Take care.

He carefully explained their tint options and highlighted the quality of their Pinnacle ceramic film. After the call, he emailed me a detailed email outlining everything we discussed with a price quote and a good-better-best breakdown. At the appointment, the team was incredibly patient and took their time walking me through the options again. What stood out most was their willingness to show me cars similar to mine so I could visually compare tint levels before deciding. They're clearly Tesla specialists and are very familiar with my car. The workmanship is flawless. Since getting the Pinnacle ceramic tint installed, I've noticed a huge improvement in heat reduction. Couldn't be happier with the results or the service.

I searched on Yelp for a few reputable tint shops and I had a specific kind of tint film in mind. I reached out to a few shops through Yelp and got quotes. Some didn't have what I was looking for, some didn't provide enough information in their reply, some did t reply at all and then there was Genesis Window Tinting. In a class of their own. First of all, major kudos to Yarlenny. Her customer service is top notch. From our first interaction, to the walkthrough of the job and then to making sure the job was done well and to my satisfaction, she excelled in all aspects of customer service and what it takes to make sure the customer is heard and requests are met. Initially, I wasn't too sure on the tint shade and was wondering how it would look on my car, she took the time to show her own Tesla and the tint it had on there. Being a visual person, this helped a lot with deciding to go darker or lighter on the tint. I was provided with clear, transparent pricing on everything that I wanted to include with the job. While they are not the cheapest, they are competitive - especially with certain films that they are certified on. They also offer "a la carte" option where they allow addition or subtraction of certain areas (for example do the tint on the car but exclude the back window). After dropping off the car, I was given a timeframe on when the job will be complete. They were right on the money. The tint came out super nice. The windows inside were clean and there wasn't any residue on the doors or dash, I've had a few experiences with other shops where this was an issue. The car looks so much better now. Overall, I'm extremely impressed with customer service, the tint job and professionalism. They do offer other services (PPF) on top of window tinting. If you're ever in the market to get your windows tinted, give them a call you will not be disappointed.

I opted for full tint all the way around, full PPF, and WPF (Window Protection Film) for the windshield--and I can confidently say the windshield protection alone is a complete game changer. With the quality of OEM glass these days, this upgrade is absolutely worth it. Turnaround time was quick, and when I picked up the car, I was beyond impressed. The installation was incredibly clean and precise. Having worked in the autobody industry myself, I can honestly say their attention to detail is top-tier. About a week after installation, I was driving down I-80 when something hit my windshield hard. I immediately expected to see a crack--but after checking, there was nothing at all. That moment alone proved the value of the WPF. Two weeks post-install, I returned for the final inspection. The team took the time to wash the car, walk me through proper maintenance and cleaning products, and address any questions I had. The car looked just as flawless as day one. On top of the quality work, the customer service here is exceptional. Huge thanks to Clinton, Audrey, Jace, and the entire SPF team for such an incredible experience. I'll absolutely be back to have my truck get the full treatment.

I received other quotes but they were either competitive and "dry" in personality/care to schedule or simply outlandish in cost. I decided to go to Bryan and was sent the invoice for deposit. We set an appointment and met at his shop in Rocklin. Patrick, his installer, was equally as professional and passionate about the work they did. The clear PPF on the front bumper was done well that I decided to go back the following week to complete the front end. The rear that I did not get PPF, was ceramic coated and the car looks fabulous! I'm extremely satisfied with all our interactions, the cost, warranty and care that was put forth. I will definitely use this business again for additional PPF needs, tinting, etc. This is a veteran owned business and I'd highly recommend the craftsmanship!

I dropped the vehicle off at 8:45 AM and was called for pickup before noon. As I walked up to my vehicle at the shop, I immediately noticed visible bugs and contamination still left on the exterior after the ceramic coating service, water spots on surfaces, and multiple interior areas that were still dirty or missed entirely. I took photos immediately after pickup to document everything clearly. When I contacted the shop privately first and sent the photos, I was later told the $150 "interior detail" only included a wipe-down, vacuum, and mat wash. In my opinion, that is more of a basic cleaning service than what most customers would reasonably expect from an interior detailing package at that price point. Even for a simple wipe-down and vacuum service, there was still visible dust and debris left in areas like the trunk mat. I've had professional detailing and ceramic coating work done before, so I understand what proper prep work and finish quality should generally look like. This experience did not meet those expectations. What disappointed me most was the response afterward. Instead of professionally addressing the concerns shown in the photos, Bryan T. (Business Owner) called me "A PROBLEM" for speaking up about the quality of the work. If the work had been done properly from the beginning, there would not have been a problem to discuss in the first place. I never demanded a full refund or anything unreasonable. I simply wanted the concerns acknowledged and handled professionally. The shop later refunded $100 for the interior concerns, but the conversation eventually became personal and unprofessional, including remarks attacking my disability status that had absolutely nothing to do with the service itself.

From the minute I reached out, their consultancy game was next level. They walked me through every step: color options, design, installation strategy, making sure I knew exactly what I was getting. Their customer service felt personal, not like just another job ticket. When they wrapped my E46 in Laguna Seca Blue, the execution blew me away. The finish is absolutely flawless: seams, edges, curves, everything is perfect. I live in San Diego and drove my car all the way to Wrapspec's shop in Rancho Cordova to get the work done. It was worth every mile. I had done my homework, I got quotes from wrap shops all over California, and no one matched the quality and price that Wrapspec offered for a full vinyl wrap. Since then, everywhere I go people stop me and ask, "Who did that wrap?" They notice how clean and sharp it looks. I am proud to say that is thanks to Tony, Matt, Rachel, and the whole Wrapspec crew. But do not let the vinyl wrap be all they are known for. These guys are a full service shop. Mechanical work? They are on it with diagnostic, repair, and calibration. Design questions? They will help you flesh your ideas out. Building a car, pulling it apart, custom decals, flooring, they do all of it. They are certified in wraps, they use top tier materials, and they back up their work with knowledge. If you ask anyone on their team, they will give you the right answer, not a shrug or "I'll check." In short: Consultancy and communication: 11/10 Service and craftsmanship: unmatched Speed and reliability: lightning fast and solid Price: best I found in all of California Attention to detail: impeccable 10/10 service. I will absolutely go back to them for every vehicle, every wrap, every design project. If you want a shop that does not cut corners, gives you top tier care, and delivers show car results, Wrapspec is it.
