I was referred to Sunco by a family  member and I couldn't be happier with the service. I've been wanting to get my windows tinted but didn't know who to trust because I don't know what products are good. I wrote a review after I picked my vehicle up. It looked good then. I now need to update my review. I gave them 5 stars in my first review but now I would give them 0! They did a tint on my Model X's windshield and after I saw it in different lights and angles I noticed countless tiny bubbles and dust specks as well as some areas where the film didn't adhere correctly. I brought it to their attention and they said they would reinstall. I thought great, sounds amazing. So I bring my car back to the appointment we set up and pick it up the following day. When I arrive to pick it up, one of the employees told me that Clinton (I presume the manager?) wanted to talk to me. He mentioned that there are a couple of areas of what he called "fingering" and that they will call me Monday (I picked the car up on Friday) to schedule for him personally to come to my house and take care of it. I thought wonderful, what great customer service! Wrong! No one ever called me. I called Tuesday and no one responded. I then called back on Wednesday and spoke to someone and she assured me she would call me right back after she talked to Clinton. I needed a couple panels of my car PPF'd. Saw the great reviews on Yelp for Sunco and gave them a shot. They were incredibly professional with great communication via text. When I dropped my car off on the day of the appointment, my writer was already waiting for me and committed to getting my car back the same day since I got it there first thing. They delivered on their word and shortly after 1pm I was notified the car was ready to be picked up. Pick up, too, went well and their point of sale is convenient and easy to use. Fast forward a couple days and I noticed a minor defect in the film. I reached out to Sunco who was happy to take a look and make sure it was right. They got me back in right away and ended up redoing a panel. I was thankful for their customer centric approach that demonstrated their concern to make it perfect. I decided to give Sunco Protective Films a try. I took my 2023 Ford Bronco to wrap in PPF and tint the windows. They did a great job overall and were reasonably priced. Coming here was the best decision I could have made for my car! I went from driving around in a fishbowl with NO tint, to the darkness inside that I desperately wanted. They offer 98% heat resistant tint so I got that on everything including the windshield. My car doesn't feel hot inside, even in 100 degree weather! While I was going over tint options I expressed my interest in having the clear door edge protectors and handle protectors redone since mine were cracked and 10 years old. I also wanted just the roof wrapped black but wasn't sure if it was possible. My roof beforehand was starting to get sun-faded and needed love. First place to respond to my estimate request, and had the best price for what I wanted. Level 2 PPF and Ceramic Coating. Sawyer the owner answered all my questions and explained the whole process and warranty's. It took 4 days for the procedure to finish and the outcome was excellent. The car looked way better than before, the paint popped with all the metallic flakes under the ceramic coat. I had peace of mind knowing my new car was more protected now. There are many Dust Bubbles after the window tint- especially rear windshield. The dust bubbles are very noticeable after the window tint is installed. Worst Tint work. Check your work before giving the car to customers. Why are you still in business with this kind of work? Second, My Brand-New manual car feels differently after they have driven. Go get training if you do not know how to drive a manual car. My driver seat gets wrinkles after. I heard very loud sounds from the garage. Please do not play my car. It is not a toy. After reviewing multiple quotes, I decided to go with SPF. They weren't the cheapest or the most expensive, but they had the brand tint I wanted (XPEL XR+). I was greeted warmly by Audrey, and she patiently went through the entire tint selection process and recommendations. They even got me an Uber to get back home while I waited. This is an honest review. By a first time Customer. I've always wanted my vehicle wrapped but knew zero about the process. I too went on Yelp and saw all the great reviews. Well I'm here to tell you it's 100% on point. My vehicle being an older vehicle had a few hiccups after installation (not their fault) My clear coat was less then desirable on certain areas of my Escalade. So after a few weeks I noticed some bubbling on the hood. First time they fixed it in 5 minutes and I was set. But then the bubbles returned. I took it back in and Clinton explained to me it's the clear coat going bad and that he would like to rewrap the hood to fix the issue. Trust me when I say they went above and beyond to fix my hood. I was so impressed with their Customer Service I went ahead and had them do a chrome delete for me (I thought I could buy the supplies on Amazon and do the trim myself ‍) it turned out amazing. But what I'm trying to say is they literally treat you like Family. Once your a Customer they will call you by name when and if u come in with any problems. I'm not gonna lie I was frustrated at first with the bubbling but once he explained it and absolutely took care of me it was a great feeling knowing that they really truly care about their work and how they treat their Customers. He even went above and beyond to fix multiple issues (I bought it used last year) that I had with my trim pieces by installing them correctly without using the silicone caulking holding the pieces on when I brought it in. My story does not give them the due Justice they deserve for taking care of my vehicle. If you're having any doubts of who you should trust with your vehicle please give them a visit.
