I brought the original container with the store label, date, and remaining contents, but I no longer had the receipt. The manager advised that a refund or exchange was not possible because I had not contacted the store immediately after discovering the issue. I explained that I found the problem during the week and did not have time to make a special trip or call regarding a salad. While I understand the need for a return policy, I believe customers should be clearly informed that prepared food concerns must be reported immediately in order to qualify for a refund or exchange. As a regular customer, I was disappointed by both the product quality and the handling of my concern. I hope management will consider making this policy more visible so customers understand the requirements if a problem arises.
