Couldnt tell us what the monthly payment was for our plan until after we paid them court filing fees. It took months to finally get ahold of the paralegal to help us finalize everything to then come back after months of back and forth to not even moving forward with them for the lack of communication and transparency. Staffing is rude and horrible. Empty promises of we will be filing by this date to get to the date and no call or communication. We will be filing a complaint with the BBB. What a shame honestly.

You will be receiving a letter and a copy of the order of dismissal of the case from our office. Florida Dispute Resolution Center Office of the State Courts Administrator Mr Farbstein Disappeared hours at a time while he hid n his office; during that time he decided to bill the hours he claimed to have been "working" he also decided to lie to me and to the other party claiming that we both were Demanding things we never discussed in the past nor ever requested Mr. Farbstein to negotiate for us. He also offered to give me personal information in regards to the other party while he mediated which was unethical. The secretary would cover for him and claim (by yelling) that he was in the office just writing up notes although when he was asked for the notes or any documentation on the 12 hours he took to write these He had nothing .Provided nothing. My consultation with him took place in his office at 8:30 PM, right after I had been served with divorce papers. He promised the world, and I paid him $5000 retainer and $500 consultation fee. That night was the last I heard from him. Also, he puts in his retainer that "it is earned upon receipt" so basically he reserves the right to do nothing for you, which is what he does. I had another attorney trying to help me recuperate my money from him, but he is a lazy shark. He will take advantage of people with no thought to what is right and moral. Believe me, if you hire him, you will live to regret it! Look him up first, please, and see how many complaints he has with the Florida Bar Association! I don't even know why this guy is still allowed to practice! Somebody should put him in jail, he does not deserve the right to call himself an attorney, he is the worst type of human being!
