I was able to pick our venue, my dress, the bridesmaids and the colours but after that the stress was insurmountable for anything and everything else. It was only then I knew the stresses that came with planning a wedding, the finer and forgettable details and decisions that only those who ever had a wedding could ever know. And also those who plan weddings professionally and that was what I needed and that why having Jennifer as our wedding planner was the best decision we will always remember making. She made the impossible (having the most incredible wedding ever) possible. Agreeing to a theme wedding with my husband, I did not have to worry that it would be distracting or lend itself to be a corny or circus-like. It was actually elegant, classy and gorgeous in every way because of the collaborated vision from Jennifer and ourselves. She collaborated with us, recognized our style, and understood our needs and made it happen. She was an email or phone call away, always getting back to us quickly. She was like a best friend or sister that you would want by your side. The suggested vendors for the florist and the baker were agreed upon and they were wonderful. The set up and take down service helped take away the stress of asking our friends and family. Our wedding was in August and still to this very day we have our family and friends tell us, it was one of the best weddings they ever attended. In large part we feel Jennifer contributed to that. By getting a wedding planner not only you lessen your stress with the planning part and the day of but you get the experience of someone who has done the planning before, who knows the pitfalls and mistakes and will avoid them for you. As we did not have a lot of time to set up after the funeral service and with no instructions making the coffee was a disaster. No lines for amount of water or coffee. When I returned the coffee and hot water urns, we were told the instructions were taped on the bottom of the box . My name was taped over the instructions so we had no idea they were there. Why not put the instructions on the top, near the top or inside the box or unit. Why hide it under my name?

I've found the staff to be very helpful here, if a bit overwhelmed. They're always really busy on weekends, so I try only to go on a weekday if I can help it. That way, I get full staff attention. I love that they have a table-making station where you can pair table linens with placemats, candle holders, and other festive decorations, and about a dozen or so tables are all dressed up for inspiration. For most items, you can rent the day before and return the day after, and almost anything about your order can be changed up until 48 hours before the event. That's very helpful for a bride with changing guest numbers!
