I did say that I would be home all day in order to work around his schedule. He said arrival 9:30-10am. Great, errands popped up but I moved somethings around to accommodate his arrival. Well after no show/no call, he rings me at 11:50 to say 12:30-ish. At this point I'm done. Getting a response and day/time commitments wore me out. Why am I chasing behind someone to work? They closed all the holes in the walls (no more air coming in) where the old convectors were located; they repaired the flooring so that it looked seamless; and they installed baseboards to mask the gaps left by the new convectors, which were a slightly different size than the previous ones. (The convectors were installed by a different company, so they coordinated with them nicely). They also installed a brand-new lighting fixture on the bedroom ceiling (lots of concrete drilling involved), hung a metal shelf in the bathroom, and closed all the holes in the kitchen left by the previous contractor when the kitchen was remodeled. No more mice! Wonderful service, punctual, and would happily call again for anything else I may need.
