We got no response and then we got a message that our offer was withdrawn just after 12 hours from review. The other offer was coming from the son (insider) of one of the Williams agents.The Williams agents were also representing the seller as agents. Seeing they had the upper hand in this scenario they took advantage of the situation. They pressured us as the buyer to hurry up with a response. We believe that they also may have pressured the sellers in believing that we weren't coming back with a counter cash offer and that the finance offer also might be withdrawn. Who wouldn't go for a cash offer over a financing offer. Very undermining and not operating in a honest and professional way. Not ethical in their practices. BE AWARE. We are just wondering what they told the seller had happened to make them remove our cash counter. Disclosure may be an issue here.

Kris, Ryan, and Dawson make an amazing team and they made this extensive project (one I had dreaded and delayed for years) an unexpectedly wonderful experience. Since I have never been through such a thorough renovation project, I asked Valley Renovation to guide me through many of the decisions that I'm guessing most home owners make on their own. I trusted them and they delivered way above and beyond anything I could have imagined. The bathrooms on all three floors are perfect, the dilapidated (and dangerous) old deck has been replaced and completely elevates the exterior, and my main bedroom has never felt so calm and beautiful. Everything Valley Renovation (and their excellent sub-contractors) did was in keeping with, and enhanced, the character of my home. Above all, Kris and Ryan and Dawson are great people. If your thinking about having roofing or construction done, do NOT hire this company and if you do…read moremake sure what you want done is in a DETAILED contract. I still have holes in my roof where I had stovepipes going through. I asked for the roof to be repaired in those areas and all they did was place a patch of metal roofing over the holes, asked to have old roofing screws removed and new larger ones put in place. They only added more roofing screws. Asked to have skylight resealed. Not sure what they actually did here but it looks like they took handfuls of chalk and smeared it around the skylight. Now I have an issue with water collecting on the upper side. I asked that the roof be cleaned and repainted, not sure if it was cleaned but they did paint the roof and everything else in the area, including a brand new Barbecue and a glass top patio table. I removed the stovepipe (3 sections of expensive stainless steel triple wall stovepipe) from the interior of the house and set it outside my back door. Came home from work the following day and all the trash from the work they did was laying on the ground where the stovepipe had been laying. When I called them I was told "the stovepipe was in the other company vehicle in Walla Walla and he would bring it back the next day". The excuses for where the stovepipe were continued for several days and then when he finally returned the stovepipes one section never came from my house and the other two were two 4 foot sections that had been riveted together when installed and had been ripped apart and were no longer useable. When I confronted him I was told the remaining pipe had been destroyed and hauled off to the dump with the rest of the trash. I did not and still don't believe this as any roofer knows the value of stovepipe especially in an area where wood stoves are the main source of heat still. This company has cost me more in the long run then it did when I hired them hoping to save a buck.
