I thought it was arthritis but a lump the doctor noticed she said she felt sure was cancer. She said she may lose control soon I had to make the horrible decision to let her go. They could not have been more been more wonderful. The bill was quite high but told me before I left there was an over charge. I would have never known that nor did I ask how much. Turned out to be 200 and it was credited back. I received the sweetest card a week later. Everyone signed and I could tell they knew how much we adored our mollie.

Thankfully was able to pick her up same night with responding to fluids and meds well. Upon pickup, I did not get to meet the doc that took over her case, but the tech did go over everything with me in detail on how to follow up on all needs. Overall, I had a great experience.

So we took her immediately to Fetch Animal hospital in Greenville and they surgically removed it for a few thousand dollars! When I went back to Sandy Springs Animal clinic the vet took NO RESPONSIBILITY and didn't apologize but only said that it was the first time in his career that this ever happened. He said he has no money to cover the cost for the tube he left in my dogs esophagus/stomach That I had to pay for his mistake!! Very very disappointed and now in debt because of his mistake! I gave it over to God! I also pray the Dr understands the damage and mistrust he caused.

This week I left them 3 nights. I never remember being told to pick up by noon or you're charged another day. I stopped by to check on a 90 year old this morning. He was having a heart attack. I was able to be here shortly after noon but they are closed til 2. I waited, went in at 2 and was charged another $90 for the extra 2 hours. I don't care what the reason was I wasn't able to be there until 2, that was more than OUTRAGEOUS!!! Unless there's an emergency they won't be back!!!

I assume you were referring to the young lady that checked you in. She is our newest employee. She is fresh out of grooming school and young. Im sure she was unorganized and confused but she is learning a whole new job and our procedures. She is a shy young lady and is progressing nicely. I'm sorry if her lack of experience was less than acceptable for you. If you would have expressed your concern we would have been more than happy to have a senior staff member check you in. Next I would like to apologize for a groom that you found to be sub par. We would have greatly appreciated your concerns when you picked your dog up and paid. We would have been more than happy to correct and grievances you had about your groom. As far as the groin being shaved to the skin, that is standard in all the grooming facilities that I know. It's a sanitary service. We also shave the anus. We realize that your pet is extremely important to you and the money that you pay for its groom should be worth what you expect. But if you don't point out your concerns then we can't fix them for you. I dont remember the circumstances of that day but you must understand that everyone has their bad days. We would have been more than happy to correct anything that you found unsatisfactory but you didn't come forward. As far as the 'verbal assault' pertains, I think that's a little harsh. It's upsetting to us as a buisness to see a client looking for recommendations and then singling our business out as a 'do not recommend because I've tried them'. That reflects poorly on the buisness that we have worked very hard in to gain our great reputation. 20 years as a small business is remarkable, especially for a grooming shop. Again, if you would have verbally expressed your unsatisfaction then we could have more clearly addressed this situation. Its very easy to misconstrue the inflection in a written message. We rely on the feedback of our clients, both good and bad, in order to better our clients experience and progress as successful business.
