Everything they carry is very luxe, high end brands and most of the materials seemed to be organic. The sales person was really nice and answered all of our questions. They also have a decent stroller selection that was really high end. She didn't know as much about car seats and stroller compatibility but was still very patient and nice. I walked in and the sales woman was helping the only other customer in the store. She never once acknowledged my presence in the 15mins I stood there with my hands full of items. Never a "hello", "I'll be right with you", or "let me know if you need anything". Even when I was standing at the cash register wanting to pay, she never turned her attention from this other man. All of my excitement was gone... I put my items down and left. And of course that wasn't acknowledged either. I'm extremely sad and disappointed. Luckily there are other amazing baby stores on this street so I was able to find the cutest things - and they were HAPPY to assist me!

My daughter wanted me to take some pictures of a few items to show her mom. The owner then stops me and says she has a policy of no pictures. I ask why and say I'm not posting anything. She says you've already taken several. I say to my daughter, ok let's go. My daughter was upset and thought the owner was pretty rude. I had just been in the store the week before shopping for my other daughter. I rarely write a bad review, but I'm not cool with people who are rude to 8 year olds.

On our recent visit to Santa Monica , my daughter insisted our trip would be incomplete without a trip to this location of Frankie's and happily agreed to the 42 minute walk to the store from our hotel. This location did not disappoint. While small, it's stocked with trendy, on point clothes and accessories that my 11 year old adores. I tend to only buy her clothes here for very special occasions ( e.g. her birthday ) due to the higher price point for kid's clothes but she saved up her allowance and on her own purchased an adorable royal blue tank and bright green shorts. I loved checking out all the special occasion dresses at Frankie's ( and loved they were all out on display unlike at the Chicago store where you need an appointment for viewing most of the dresses). Frankie's is definitely the place to go when I need a special occasion dress. The people working at the store were friendly, helpful and not overly pushy - which I very much appreciated.
