She was fantastic and helped me pick out 5 items that I liked and another 10-15 pieces of clothing that I was impartial to. After trying everything on I ended buying only one piece of clothing that I had picked out and an additional 5 articles that the lady found for me. The clothing is high quality and I was very pleased with my experience! The only thing I had a tough time with was finding the location. It is located right behind the gas station. Although I heard they will be moving across the street to a more convenient location. I will most definitely be returning!

Another clerk said that they are NOT transitioning in to Fall yet. I explained that I was told Fall on the phone so that's what I brought. How was I to know. I was told that the transition will happen when "Clarissa" (or whoever the imperial goddess is) says so. This store is just as snotty as they were on Airport Road. Don't waste your time. I will donate my nice things in the hope that someone will appreciate them.

Most of the girls are really wonderful--there is one that is WAY pushy (She's foreign...reminds me a lot of the vendors in the market in Djibouti, Africa, actually) and if she's there, I will often skip stopping in and come back another time. But in general...cute clothes (think 20-something), good value. Get the credit card (but don't carry a balance on it, steep interest!) for the coupons...they're worth it. ;) Love when stuff like this happens (true story!): Went in and spent $11. The haul? Two pairs of jeans, a cute dress, bolero, and a cute pair of heels. How? Take $10 card (you get $10 off for filling up a punch card, you get one punch for every $10 you spend), a coupon (20% off) and an awesome clearance sale (take an additional 40% off marked prices). Only problem I've had so far? Occasionally they forget the anti-theft devices. But if you bring it back in, they take it off and give you a generous coupon to use on your next purchase. ...okay, one other problem. Both were absolutely excellent and it took me by surprise. Crispy and a flaky, well-folded dough. So yummy!! (I should also note that I have a mild allergy to an ingredient that's often in cheap chocolate. I had no reaction to this pastry, so I'm making the assumption that the chocolate they use is of a nice quality!) As soon as I walked in the store I knew I would want to buy everything in every cut, and every color. Everything I tried on fit amazing and felt amazing, although I know I'm going to want to hand wash everything so that might not be super awesome but, all of the clothes are really well-made and the fabric is just so soft. All of the clothing I picked fit me great and then when I went to the counter to check out the woman gave me discounts on everything because I was buying so much. I still spent well over $200 on clothes but I think that the fabric is going to be really great and I'm going to want to wear the clothing all the time. I didn't buy one, but they have a really really really great selection of utility belts leather and otherwise. Utility belts look really cute and they're really well priced. Overall some of the clothes are a tad bit expensive, but everything is really freely and soft and pretty and all the colors go really really well together so you can mix-and-match almost everything in the store. It's also really cool that they sell individual people's goods and local artists crafts. I will be back here many many many times in the future.

The very first one she picked out for me was ultimately the one I purchased. It is washable Italian silk and makes my body look fabulous. It also fits the look I wanted. The inventory rotates around fairly often to where we have made this part of our normal rotation of places to visit on a weekly basis. The store tends to kept pretty clean and other than the occasional overly busy times, is staffed adequately for what it is. I'm not exactly sure how Ross does their pricing structure, but for the most part I would say that most items are priced fairly for what they are as all the items are indeed new. As there seems to be a variance in the bulk of items that other Ross stores have in supplies, this one in particular is good for gardening items, shoes, clothing and your basic kitchen goods. The bed and bath area sometimes gets emptied out and has a small variety of items compared to some other stores I've seen, but overall it has a decent selection of just about everything. Also, the artwork is rotated pretty regularly if youre looking for some new wall decor.
