These folks just wrapped up a two day install on our house, hoop-house, and playhouse! We like them, and the job looks fantastic! We just missed the beat on the heavy rains last week, but are excited to see everything in action during the next deluge. From the onset of our inquiries, we found our communication with Ryan to be easy and effective, even during the busy holiday season. They called when they said, and did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. Their crew was the local boys, who were polite and professional. We learned abt The Gutter Brothers through a neighbor who was happy with gutters they installed. We had them install ours & have been happy since. They are Fast, professional & personable. We recently had Ryan Conyers, one of The Rain Gutter Brothers, install gutters on our cottage. Gutters are one of those necessary things in construction and I had dealt with so many details that I hadn't given the gutter install more than a blip on my interest scale......but when I saw the finished job I actually said WOW! Not only did the color of the gutter match the facia and the downspouts matched the trim.....it just looked so finished. It made our simple cottage look sort of elegant. Ryan is one of the nicest people you will ever have the opportunity to meet - totally friendly and professional. Rain gutters installed- check! My gutters have been in for a week and couldn't be more pleased. Initial contact took a little while because they are busy, but once we were able to start texting, it was a smooth process. Ryan came out for a quote and provided all the different colors the gutters came in. I was pleased that the color we chose was pretty close to the trim, so it blended right in. He went over the pros and cons of aluminum vs. copper as well as tips for routine maintenance to extend the life of the gutter. No upsell and really informative. Made an installation appointment for 2 weeks later. The morning of installation a team of 3 showed up at the stated start time. They were efficient, professional and did clean work. Next on the list is to cement the perimeter of the house. Ryan told me to call them when it was done and they would come out to re-adjust the downspouts at the corners if needed. Thanks! read more

A few weeks later the Rain Gutter Brothers Owner Ryan contacted me and apologized and asked for a chance to make things right - I was impressed that he was courteous and professional enough to contact me after my not so kind review, but also his sincerity and concern for his business reputation. We recently hired Rain Gutter Brothers to install gutters ahead of the rainy season and are really happy with the work they did! We'd definitely recommend them to friends and family. We received quotes from other companies, and RGB's price was competitive. Beyond their fair rate, what really stood out was how detailed and clear their quote was. This gave us confidence that they would be equally thorough in the field. Honestly, I'm not a good judge of quality for this sort of thing. However, my husband (who works in the construction industry) assured me that they did a fantastic job. The owner works in the field as well, so I'm betting that helps with quality control. The crew arrived on time, they were friendly, and the owner did a walk-around with my husband once they were finished. Overall, it was a positive experience! read more
