The miso ramen is my go-to choice, and it's always perfect the way it is. I love the texture of the noodles and the flavor of the broth is so tasty. Mochi is a must for dessert. They sometimes switch up the flavors which is nice. I've had chocolate, vanilla, green tea, and black sesame. It can definitely get crowded in here, but I've never had to wait more than 20 minutes for a seat. The outdoor seating is nice in the summer, and I like the Japanese style of the indoor seating. The shoyu broth was a little bland, it needed some soy sauce but that is my only real complaint about the food. Truly, it was delicious. The reason I'm not giving this place five stars is that we had to wait about an hour for our food to arrive. We ordered at around 7:40 and our food didn't come until about 8:30. People who came in after us got their food before us (this happened multiple times) and we were already pretty hungry when we walked in, so you can only imagine how hungry and cranky we were after an hour of waiting. It was incredibly frustrating. We were finally on the verge of just walking out and eating at the restaurant across the street, but once we asked our server, the food came out in less than five minutes. I'm pretty sure he just forgot our order... All in all, the ramen was great and reasonably priced, but the service left a lot to be desired.
