Camer here for their 20th Anniversary. What a great deal it was for 20 dollars per person. First time at the park and I thought the place was perfect. Parking was a little tough but they had off site parking. Plan to get there before they open for better parking and to grab chairs. Lazy river and wave pool were awesome and not overcrowded. We spent the most of our time in the little kids zone. My kid had a blast. Definitely would consider a season pass it was perfect for my 4 years old. Big kid slides and rides didn't have long waits at all. Definitely worth checking out again. We will be back. read more

I didn't come to the park - but my husband, kids, and dad did...and judging by their smiles and sore bums they had a most wonderful time. Below are some of their take aways: 1) The park is CLEAN! 2) Staff are attentive and SAFE! (hubs reported that there were lifeguards every so many feet; dad reported that they helped him up from the slides every.single.time without fail!) 3) Did I mention safety is a priority? The staff following safety protocols for riding the slides -- again without fail, every single time. My son slipped on the concrete, and he shared that seven lifeguards tended to him. While he was not injured, they gave him an ice pack, did the concussion check, and monitored him. Great care, and customer service. Timing is everything. When my family went, they happened to be there when the park was relatively empty, allowing them to ride slides repeatedly with little to no wait time. This was a bonus and I was glad for them! The kids reported their favorite slides were: 1) The blue and green tube 2) The four-seater raft 3) The "toilet bowl" (I don't think that's what it's called. lol!) A great place to spend a day! They have it all, kiddie pools, slides, family slides, ice cream, burgers, fries, nachos and beer. Parking is free. Went with the extended family twice before. They have cabanas to rent but they rent out pretty quickly so you will need to book out kind of far in advance. You can bring in a metal water bottle with ice, but no liquids. You can also bring in sealed water bottles from the store. You are not allowed to bring in any food. From the cabana, you can order food, drinks and alcohol. If you do not have a cabana you will have to stay in the bar area until drinks are consumed. The food was good, we ordered a burger and fries. The fries were amazing, and so was the ranch dressing ( it's hard to find good ranch). We also got ice cream which was also really good quality. read more

I honestly don't know what these complainers are talking about, are you from the valley??! The one star reviews aren't true. We had a terrific time!! We know many people in our community who come here. There's also a lot of people that come from all over California to our water park here. Our kids loved it, again we know a lot of people that we both work the water park, and visit. The lifeguards are not on their phones at all that I could see. Everybody is very attentive, in fact, you hear multiple whistles being blown a lot through the day because of the rule breakers. The lifeguards seemed on it to me; They are very on the rules, policies, the food has been good enough to eat, and if you wanted, you could always keep an ice chest in your car and head out of the park for your lunch. Then you can go back in because of your wristband or day passes. It's honestly so packed, yes parking sucks but get over it because it's the busiest time of the year! You might have to do a little walking, and then count yourself in the park to probably walk around a few miles. We got a day pass for the once but if you end up going again, just buy yourself a season pass. It's more affordable. You'll have a great time I'm sure! You should totally visit the ravine at least once like we did. read more

customer service is beyond poor, our service person had such an attitude we felt bad asking her for anything. Additionally she sat on her personal cell phone and took a convo after asking for service. To add we paid for a large group cabana- being in the service industry I was honestly shocked. What could improve? Well first of all, this place needs to get ahold of the cabana rentals, service needs to definitely improve I understand they have high schoolers working here but the service is so slow. And MOST IMPORTANTLY, they told us our ADULT charged 5 year old was NOT ALLOWED to wear a LIFE JACKET on the biggest ride they offer. I come from the medical field and I've seen children come into the ER DEAD over not wearing a life jacket!!! And they wanna tell me my 5 year old was NOT ALLOWED to wear a life jacket on the biggest ride!!! INSANE! Will NOT be coming back here to this OVERLY CHARGED "kid friendly" water park. For lunch, I ordered a cheeseburger and fries. The fries were good, but the burger looked red. I asked a worker at the food shack if it was okay and she said it was 'medium rare'. Such a great waterpark. They some how have all the things (river, wave pool, scary slides, kids slides, etc) without being huge or overwhelming. Totally recommend getting a cabana - preferred parking and the website details each cabana so when you're picking one you know exactly what you're getting as far as privacy, location, shade, etc. And the food and drink service was perfect! Why the low reviews? This place is a great option to break the monotony. It's clean, affordable, well-staffed. The lifeguards are legit. Super professional and attentive. The snack bars have your usual fare: burgers, fries, pizza, salads, etc. Wave pool is not too big and not too small either. Decent amount of slides too. Cabanas need to be rented weeks in advance if you need one; otherwise, get there early to secure a shaded area of seating. No coolers or speakers allowed. Only water bottles. You can rent a towel for $5 but just bring your own. Give this place some love and keep this business thriving. read more

Seems that they have gotten rid of chairs, it's extremely difficult to find them if you don't arrive right at opening. They've raised the prices of cabanas every single year they've been open, without adding any sort of additional perks to renting one. GET MORE CHAIRS, there is plenty of room for them. They also need a better ticketing set up. Established season ticket holders should have their own line and people needing daily passes or get their seasons passes should have their own. Waiting in the 100°+ weather with absolutely no shade while it takes sometimes 10+ minutes for ONE person to get their daily/season pass is ridiculous. read more

We've had 2 birthday parties here and have had a great experience both times. We typically rent a cabana which I would suggest if you're going in a large group. You can choose which one you want on the website and I do think it's worth the money. With the cabana comes parking towards the front which is also convenient. You do get a dedicated server who provides you with a number to text if you want anything and they're not around. Our server today was Maddie, she was excellent. She was always checking in on us, making sure our drinks were refilled and our food came out hot. She was so polite and very professional. You can bring a cake and they'll store it for you up front. Maddie was nice enough to grab it for us and have it ready when we got back from the slides. The park itself is very clean, restrooms are immaculate and unlike many amusement parks there is not a bunch of unsupervised teenagers running around. All of the lifeguards were attentive and explained how to properly ride each ride. A few of the rides require some swimming skills (the one that looks like a toilet bowl ends in an 8 ft drop.) The lifeguard on duty asked each kid how confident they were in their swimming skills and would notify the guard at the bottom to keep a lookout if the kid had any concern about their swimming capability. We've enjoyed this park every time we've come and are considering getting season passes next year. read more

Fun family water park.. parking: there's not enough parking. They cone them off for people who got the cabanas so a lot of unused parking.. cabanas: they aren't that nice for what they charge for them. Water slides: there are about 7 water slides each with their own adventure.. Lazy pool was a family favorite my only complaint is there were too many empty tubes floating around, and there's more than enough lifeguards that can take them out.. they create a bit of a jam. The wave pool was cool but no waves not sure if it was down.. there is a nice kiddie pool area for little little ones.. There was also a minutare golf course but we didn't get to use it. food: there were 2 stands, one ice cream and 2 food. Food was somewhat reasonably priced, fries were delicious... There was a small store in case you forgot stuff. They also have Lockers $7 for the day near changing rooms. As for the changing rooms, there's not enough stalls and there's also no privacy.. we will defines be back. Highly recommend for a nice family/friend pool day read more

In all the years I've passed this water park coming to the coast, I finally came to it. We had a great experience today visiting this small but great park. We had a cabana and that was a huge plus because it comes with a table and chairs. We also had a waitress so no waiting in any lines today. The lifeguards were very young but on point. I felt very safe with them watching my son. I would of put a 5th star but the expensive food and drinks made a impact on the rating. The Cabana was also very high in price. The meals were about $20 and adult beverages averaged $10-$12 per drink. The lines weren't to bad and the rides seemed very clean and safe. We will be coming back here very soon! read more

Just had a birthday party here and we loved it! Pizza was good, drinks were cold. We rented a cabana and if you're going with a group it's best to get one for all of your belongings. There is a decent amount of slides and they are thrilling. There is an area for babies and toddlers as well. Bathrooms are clean. In fact the entire park was clean unlike many water parks I've been to. I was most impressed by the lifeguards and staff. Everyone is young but very nice and attentive. READ THIS FIRST before ordering beer or burgers! We ended up back this year in our favorite cabana. The place is still heaven! But they have a couple of straight up scams. The 1st is the beer scam. A small beer is $7. A large beer is $10. The only difference between the two is the shape of the cup. Almost exactly the same ounces of liquid!! I've uploaded a video to demonstrate. The 2nd is the burger scam. A hamburger is $5.95. A Ravine burger is $9.95. What's the difference you ask? Well, a hamburger comes with shredded lettuce and a Ravine burger comes with a leaf of lettuce and a slice of tomato. So basically you're paying $4 for that slice of tomato. I know this because I ordered a Ravine burger with cheese and "everything." It came without cheese or condiments so I asked for a new one. The server brought me a regular cheeseburger by mistake. Same meat, same bun. The shredded lettuce was much fresher than the wilted leaf on the expensive burger. So I moved the tomato to the cheap burger and it was delicious! Final complaint: there was no, NO tequila in the margarita. We even had our kids taste it and they hate booze. They were like, nope, it's limeade. Other than these issues the day was another fantastic one at the best water park of all time. Listen to your Aunt Suzy: get a cabana, only get the regular cheeseburger, and stick with the small beer. It's been over 5 years since we have been back here. A lot of additions and improvements. The park has upgraded seating areas , new miniature golf area, a couple of new slides, more food options around park and new entrance for parking that is located in the other side of the highway. We went in a busy Sunday and the water slide lines were not that bad. We arrived about 1pm and were still able to find seats. This is a marked change from Prior visits. Park staff are very young but all friendly and helpful. Food is your typical park type of fast food but not outrageously priced. No healthy options but you can leave the park and picnic in your car and return. Tickets for entrance are $35 for anybody over 42 inches tall. Seniors get a slight discount. Room for some improvement with the bathroom cleanliness & parking. Those not familiar with the area may have difficulty finding the alternative parking lot once the main lot is full. Signs not big or bold enough and parking staff located in overflow lot were not visible and sitting down chatting. However the alternative entrance is nice. read more

We love the slides, my kids wish they would add something new. But overall the food is good, I always get the fish tacos. My son loves the chicken sandwich. The kids meals are cheap. I love the lazy river. Over the years we have noticed paint chipping on the ground and I hate that we can't bring our own water into the park. They have water fill stations now. We can bring our own empty water bottles, but on a hot day don't forget to fill up first thing. We have found the water fill stations empty quick and they don't get refilled and it leaves us having to buy waters. read more

This was my first time to The Ravine. I'm from out of town and I went with my family as a big party (group of 20) for my niece's 5th birthday. We rented out one of the bigger cabanas which is centrally located around the kiddie area. There are many things I enjoyed about visiting this park but one of the most important was the amount of lifeguard staff they had patrolling the area. There were amble amounts of support staff around if needed, which made it easier to walk around with ease and allow kids to roam the kiddie area freely. Like someone else mentioned, they do hand out life jackets and tubes for FREE. That is a commodity most water parks do not offer. Another big plus for them in my book. In addition to the general park feeling safe and family friendly, their customer service was great too! Very friendly and professional staff. We conveniently had a waiter come to our table every 15 minutes or so as part of the deal with the cabana we rented. I did not have any food while I was there but I did have a cranberry smoothie which was delicious. My family who ate food said it was tasty and better than they thought it would be! To chime in on their rides, they had a total of 7 slides, lazy river, wave pool and kiddie area, definitely not the biggest water park I've been to, but all their slides were awesome. Fun for both kids and adults. Overall, if you're in the Paso area this is definitely a water park to check out and give this place a little business! read more

they say the weight limit for the rides is 250 but i weigh 10 pounds under and they did not let me on any ride. I personally think they should lower their weight limit because many people get rejected and embarrassed when they are not allowed on the ride. It's bullshit. read more

Super crowded this summer due to families needed to get out! Cabanas are all sold out for the remainder of this year - a bummer but families need a getaway! The crowding didn't seem to bother the staff. I had a cocktail at the bar on top and the servers were joking around and let me taste several drinks before I ordered. It's a cool area up there, separated and there is shade. Important at a water park! The water was warm and the was pool fun. The lazy river was just that...lazy and relaxing. I found everyone there to be pleasant and easy going. We had lunch. Lettuce wrapped burger, really messy and hotdogs. We topped off the afternoon with milkshakes and smoothies. I recommend the creamsicle shake. All in all a great day and we had decent seats by the wave pool for the day. If I go again, I would try for a cabana! Less stress and food is delivered to you by a dedicated server. I'll go back again this summer. Makes this local feel like I'm on vacation! Also note- I took a special needs young person and she had no difficulty at all. Everyone was a helpful and she rode the slides independently. Kudos staff! read more
