I have not had my vehicle repaired immediately, corporate trying to total my car unnecessarily, and I have been without my vehicle for over three months. I told Gracie I would like to discuss monthly premiums I had to pay with Bill. I never lose my cool nor do I ever swear. Gracie had the audacity to say "You better not talk in the manner that you are talking to me". I asked her what had offended her. She proceeded to say that I was talking to her in a way one should not, if I am asking for help. Huh? We are policy holders. It is THEIR JOB to assist. She continued to talk over me even when I asked to let me finish. She then hung up. This was NOT the first time she could not handle a situation professionally. Bill needs to be rid of employees that are an embarrassment. I am someone who's rarely gets upset. I do not even have road rage. If I could, I would give NO STARS.

Now they have added an extra accident to my record, I had a fender bender the day I started my policy with them in2021, SALLY AND BILL SAID WE CAN TIME THE accident so it falls on the former insurance company, As this was a fender bender that orcured on the 20th of the month and was always on my record, now all ofIng a lot of trouble getting other offers. The lady who hit me has State Farm herself and the other lady has another insur company . I was told within minutes that I would not have to pay anything to get my car fixed. I took my car to a approved dealer and had to pay out of my own pocket $500!! It has been over a yr and I am still waiting to be refunded. When I suggested they charge that cost to the other State Farm cust , they said they wouldn't do that bc they didn't find her at FAULT!!! NEWS FLASH neither was I!! I was not even in my car. It should not take a so called GREAT Standing Insurance Company over a year and half to give a very loyal customer back $500 ...money I should have never been out of pocket with to even begin with. When I have made calls to see where the claims is, they tell me that now both other parties are claiming medical and it can take years!!! This is unacceptable .
