My is 1 years old and from the moment we walk in the staff was very welcoming! Even a few customers that were hanging out (nothing too crowed) were super nice and talkative. Dom himself cut my baby's hair, and although my son was great and made it easy to do the cut, Dom did a great job cutting it just how we asked! He also handled my son very well allowing him to see what was going on since he was so curious about it all. Dom even helped pose him so I can get a good picture. Overall I give 5 stars for this experience. Haircut was perfect, customer service was great, and having debit card payments available made it more convenient for us. The women who did my hair was an elderly women who didn't really know any English, lucky at the time I had a friend translate. I have dark hair and told her I wanted to go light brown. Of course said it would be hard since my hair was so dark so we would have to do it in session. I was totally game! Well it turns out I paid around 80 bucks for my hair to basically look the same, however you could see a more natural brown color (a pose to my really dark brown) in the sun. I was indeed disappointed, since I was so excited for my new look. I never when back for that second session. Now I gave 2 stars because my hair sucked, and I paid way too much for it to look exactly the same; however the customer service was great and I heard other good things about this place. A different lady there was said to be great with dying hair colors like blue and pink.
