It gets no better than The Real Experts. This represents the fourth time we have utilized the services of Alice and Sean on a property (two sales and two purchases. The most recent sale was in the height of a huge downturn in the real estate market due to an overabundance of inventory and unrealistic listing prices. Alice and Sean evaluated our property in detail, made recommendations on small upgrades, and then made a marvellous marketing video which almost made us regret selling in the first place. We settled with a buyer at 98% of our listing price which was almost 20% more than a property with the same floor plan in the same subdivision several weeks earlier. Sean and Alice are very responsive and professional. Using a variety of tools including phone calls, e-mails, and text I found it very easy to communicate.
