At the back of the store they run a clearance section that you can find pretty good deals in. $120 Roshes for $39.99. I'll take it any day of the week. I've ran into their booth at a sneaker convention where they carried clothing I didn't see at the shop. Of course I'd find an awesome sweatshirt carried by them at a convention of over 150 vendors. She was very kind and arranged for a replacement buckle, which I greatly appreciated. On September 3, I contacted Louis Vuitton to check on the status of the delivery date. They told me that the store would be notified and would reach out to me. However, I never received any communication. I also reached out to the sales associate who originally sold me the belt, but she ignored my message and never responded. On September 8, I called Louis Vuitton again. They acknowledged my concern and assured me that the store would contact me. Today is September 12, and I still haven't heard from anyone. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and it certainly does not deserve the 5 star rating I initially gave. On the same day, August 27, I also purchased a card case, which was delivered on September 3. This is why I contacted Louis Vuitton at that time, believed my replacement buckle would be ready as well.

Please go ANYWHERE but here for service…read more Went to see a different mechanic for an oil change and noted the poor workmanship. Missing/stripped screws on the cover plate and wrong torque spec on the oil drain bolt and filter (they wouldn't come off). They likely have underpaid and inexperienced technicians who do quick and sloppy jobs so they can just get to the next person. Which is a problem directly created by their service advisors because they are booking way too many people for their given time slots. Their staff is also always changing which should tell you about management and the working conditions here. These clowns are the embodiment of the term "stealership".

I like it and will consider it for a following day. It was a good idea to have when I decide where to place it. I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I consigned a Prada bag with this company over the summer, originally priced at $1,795. When I asked for it to be returned because the price seemed low, I later resubmitted the same bag in November (I never used it between July and November). To my shock, it sold the same day for $745 - a massive $1,000 difference from the original quote! The bag was resubmitted in the exact same condition with no additional wear as posted by the Real Real, so there's no reason it shouldn't have been priced near the original $1,700 range. This isn't the first time I've had an issue like this. Previously, an item I consigned was posted and sold within hours for an unusually low price, only to later find out it was an employee who marked it down and bought it themselves. Despite being a VIP member, I've had to follow up multiple times without any response from the company. The lack of transparency and professionalism is appalling. I will never do business with this company again and am now pursuing action through small claims court. Buyers and consignors, beware - this is not the trustworthy service they claim to be! read more

The Real Real in Manhasset is hidden in Americana Manhasset. I happened to visit the store with a friend and was glad to find this place. The sales persons as well as the door man are very friendly. Allie helped me find the item in size/style I wanted. I am happy with my first purchase because the condition of the item was excellent. I had been searching for a Nano Celine tote for a while. I saw on line the Manhasset location had the Celine Tote 2021 in pristine condition. I called Manhasset and Opey answered and held the bag for 24 hours. This is the fourth bag purchased from this location. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable of their merchandise. TOTAL SCAM DO NOT BUY OR SELL WITH THIS COMPANY. They claim to offer 50% of your first sale and that was a total lie. They sell and keep 85% of the profit and send you a just a few dollars. This woman Julie Wainwright is getting rich by taking advantage of women across America. They need a class action lawsuit on behalf of all the women whom they have taken advantage of and should be put out of business. Better Business Bureau has over 1500 complaints about them. read more

I saw a lot of cute ballet flats! They had a nice variety of purses like Marc Jacobs, Chanel, Tory Burch etc. price ranges were like $89-$250+ (did not check the Chanel). The store does seem a bit chaotic but they do have labels of brands on the rods which is nice so there is some organization to the store.
