I still went and found to notice how well of a system this place is run. As far as communication, customer service and overall experience. I also got alot more money than I thought I would for not alot of items. So don't always listen to the reviews because I will be using this service again hands down. Takes so much effort out of selling it yourself and I feel I got more money from Once Upon a Child then if I would of tried to sell it on marketplace. I was sold an item that I was told very deliberately was 50% off, and because I purchased it with a number of other items I didn't notice until I arrived at home that I was charged full price. I was not able to come back in until the next week (we went away with the baby and family) and when I came back with the receipt I was told they couldn't do anything. No store credit. No return. No service. All of the other products that were exactly the same were marked 50% off and yet the "system" would not agree that my item was discounted. The difference in price that I was overcharged was $40! I know the retail world will often be able to do something like store credit. To be flat out refused when it was their mistake is unacceptable. Do not shop here- not only is it overpriced, apparently the staff will take advantage of you as well.
