I arrived and there's no clear signage on where to go, eventually someone told me to go check in upstairs, and a girl took me around to ask if I wanted a robe, since it was a full day thing I thought that was assumed. Anyway, after changing I was to put my belongings in a locker, but they were all missing keys, the girl was confused and told me to just put my stuff wherever, which was not a way to begin a relaxing day. Also, nobody I saw working up to that moment was wearing a mask, which just added to my anxiety. The massage therapist was first, and she was great (Sydney), and also wore a mask the whole time, she's the reason I gave 2 stars and not 1, I would see her again at a different location. Meanwhile, the person who did my facial could not bother to wear a mask and didn't even give me any feedback during my service. And the lady who did my pedicure didn't even want to talk to me and decided to chat with the next chair over instead. Oh, and after the massage I noticed they had brought keys for the lockers for new clients who came over but didn't say anything to me, so I took it upon myself to move my stuff to a locker with a key at that point. Management seemed nice and sent me home with a box of chocolates and a candle, but the services were not up to par, and the lack of masking was a complete turn off. She felt my knots and laughed but she really worked them out then she stretched me so I was able to move again It's chilly in the massage room (the only negative) but expect the hot oil & stones to warm you up. I almost fell asleep during my massage too. Music is quiet and like a Thai lullaby. Again, this style massage is not for the faint of heart. I'm going to visit at least once per month.
