I…read morewas told she would send me mockups and ideas right after Mother's Day because it was a busy holiday and I understood. A week and half after Mother's Day I reached out asking when I'd be getting some pictures and she said oh no it'll be after Memorial Day. I told her that concerned me since my wedding was just over a week away at that point and she "it'll be fine." Reached out the Wednesday after Memorial Day and she's not ordered anything or gone to the store (we agreed for a blend of real and silk for the colors I asked for) but said she'd go out herself that day. Called back on Friday and she still hadn't gone but She said she'd send her delivery guy out to get some because she was too busy and she would send me something by 3pm. I showed up at the shop at 4 asking for answers. She said she had the wrong number even though we'd been communicating. I had asked for blush, light blues, dusty blues and whites. I Had sent her pictures for ideas as well as bridesmaid colors etc. I specifically in our meeting said no navy, no purples, no coral undertones. She brought out examples from Michael's that were violet, navy and coral. I told her these were all wrong and she shewed at me saying "spray paint would fix it." I told her I was very frustrated and very nervous now because my wedding was a week away and none of this was what I asked for. She threw her hands up at me and said "It will be fine!!" (I never raised my voice or used any name calling or anything because there were customers in the shop and I realize this is a small business). She got hateful with me saying she would have never agreed to send mock ups after Mother's Day and I told her both me and my parents had all heard her say that during our meeting. And then she said well I got too many Memorial Day orders. And I said well my wedding order is important to me and it was paid in full and you've not held up any part of your end of the contract and she cut me off saying "I know it's important to you and I'm telling you it's fine." I then said I have no confidence in that being true based on this entire interaction and the flowers being completely the wrong color. She raised her voice at me and I walked out. I ended up ending our contract and it left me without flowers a WEEK before my wedding. I realize she does wonderful arrangements for other events but I write this in hopes no bride ever goes through this the week before her wedding.
