The quality of the haircut and bread trim was awful. I would not recommend this place. One side of my head has an OK fade, the other side, she basically didn't even blend it. When she trimmed my beard she royally messed up the lines, didn't say anything, and didn't try to fix it. On top of that they charged $75!! WTF. Didn't notice the imperfections until after I left. The pictures speak for themselves. If you can't do the haircut right the first time I certainly won't come back to have you fix it. read more

Absolutely LOVE The Refined Man and highly recommend it to any man who wants a thoughtful and attentive hair cut service! I go to Sherri without question and she always does a perfect job. She asks questions to clarify, will look at pictures if you have them, and has the knowledge & experience to be able to make it happen. She is definitely my go-to and I have every confidence that she'll be able to do anything I need her to. As for the service you get her ... it's wonderful. With each visit you get a complimentary beverage (alcoholic or NA). Hair washes come with a warm face towel treatment if you wish (um, yes, I wish). What a wonderful experience yesterday. I was torn about reducing my hairload and reducing my money load but the haircut won out. Sheri listened to my requests, studied the picture I showed her and went to work. In the end the guy in the picture was released from several years of hair and beard growth. Sheri provided information on products for my hair and beard but did not try to sell me any. The prices are clearly shown on their website but I missed the part where veterans, active duty members and first responders get a $10 discount. I will be back and I have just about convinced my wife to give it a shot. read more

This was the most fabulous experience I have ever had getting a haircut. They have beer and wine. It is not your run of the mill barber. It is more expensive, but it is totally worth it.
