I totally recommend My dear yoga student ! The Reiki Warrior! I was so humbled with such introduction and an amazing Reiki session. It was my first Reiki session with crystals, sounds, vibration and light healing ! It was out of this world.. for a moment I disconnected from samsara and the material world. Her approach is so comforting, genuine and calming. I have only experienced such trance during my yoga Nidra sessions only . I had my first ever Reiki session with Rochele and it is clear she has a beautiful gift. She made me feel comfortable and at ease during the whole session. Rochele took her time and made me feel that the session was devoted entirely to me. She was thoughtful and explained the process in a way that was easy to understand. After the session, she was thorough and made me feel empowered what to do and what to be aware of in the future. I definitely felt balanced! Healed from a distance!! From the age of two, my son has been a frequent flyer to the ER with chronic respiratory issues. Living out of state and not knowing any healers in the area, I reached out to Rochele one night shortly after we had moved; my son was very sick. I explained how my son was coughing and having trouble breathing. She offered to send my son Reiki healing from a distance. Having wonderful experiences with Reiki healing myself, I always thought it was something that had to be done in person--boy, was I wrong! I was so impressed with Rochele's ability to calm my own nerves over the phone as peacefully guided me through the steps I needed to take in order to help calm my son. She immediately knew which chakras needed to be focused on and which crystals/colors would help improve his symptoms. She instructed me on where to place the items on and around him and provided me with a mantra to say. We got off the phone and she continued to send healing Reiki energy from miles away. Not only was I more relaxed and focused, but my son started to calm his breathing and only needed one breathing treatment as opposed to his usual 2-3!! I was astonished! I have since then called upon her to send distance Reiki healing to my grandmother and her surgeons before open heart surgery and to my aunt battling stage 4 cancer--both are recovering and healing beautifully! Rochele is amazing at what she does! Throughout my experience with her I felt at peace and comforted. Before starting our session we discussed my intention which led to tears rolling down my face it was such a pivotal moment for me and one that made me realize just how in tune we were. I'm usually more composed, but her aura just makes you comfortable enough to share everything you are feeling. She personalizes your session and allows you to pick out which crystals and type of incense and smells you want during your session. I have never experienced Reiki before, but I was blown out of my mind with the beautiful experience that I had with Rochele. She was very kind, accommodating, and was able to fully explain in detail what energy healing was all about. From the moment I arrived, I felt comfortable and welcomed into her place. She made sure I drank plenty of water to feel at ease and hydrated for the session; I thought it was a very good gesture on her part. THANK YOU! She then proceeded to ask for three things that I would like to work with in my life. I wrote these things down and it became my mantra for the session. She then showed me a center piece with the most beautiful stones & minerals of different colors and shapes. She told me to pick three that would resonate the most with me. She told me to keep them in my hands. She then made me lay down on a very comfortable massage table. She snuggled me in very soft blankets and I felt in absolute peace. What it was the most striking part of this experience was the fact that I could feel the heat emanating from her hands, without her actually touching me. I felt a beautiful energy moving in and out as she worked on my whole self. When the session was finished, I felt that I had hit a "reset" button. I felt lighter, clear, calm, very excited and more in tune with my inner self. I felt that I was not stressed or anxious. I felt very relaxed. I would strongly recommend Rochele. My Reiki experience with Rochele was very informative and beneficial. As it was my very first time, I was a bit hesitant and didn't know what to expect. But Rochele quickly put me at ease. She offered me tea and water and we discussed my health history, occupation, and daily stresses. She also took the time to explain the history of Reiki and all potential benefits that can come with a Reiki practice, particularly when Reiki is paired with other forms of healing -both western and homeopathic. I left the session feeling very calm and rejuvenated. Plus, that evening I was able to go to bed and fall asleep rather quickly. On most nights, I lay awake and think about various stresses and tasks on my to-do list. I usually do not fall asleep until well after midnight. However, after my Reiki session with Rochele, I went to bed at about 10PM and fell asleep almost instantly. As a first-timer, I must say, this experience was wonderful.
